Dennis and his team are exceptional. They have done multiple projects/repairs for us and family members, including roof and mortar repair. My wife calls them the "Monet of mortar" because they make repairs look like they never existed. Can't recommend more!

I got a dryer vent brush stuck at the top of the vent. Dennis answered my call for help, he not only took the time to come by on a Friday after 5, he taught me quit a bit in the short time he was here explaining what needed to be done. Dennis was referred to me by a friend who'd had a great experience with HeavenSent on a house in Heath, and we were not disappointed. Dennis is unfailingly forthright; he undersells and over delivers. He gave us a very fair price on roof work, especially considering that the insurance company's payout was reduced because of the roof's age. His pricing for other exterior work was so competitive that we ended up having him repair fascia, paint the entire house, hang gutters, install windows and a storm door, and install trim work that the house has needed for years. He nailed down the exact scope of work, quoted us the price, started work immediately upon executing the contract, ended up performing additional items here and there at no charge, and left us with a 10-year warranty on his work. He gave us several ideas that we hadn't considered, but he didn't try to upsell us or issue a bunch of change orders. We're really happy we used HeavenSent, and Dennis will be my first call when I need work done in the future.

Dennis is truly Heaven Sent in getting our issue quickly resolved after experiencing wind damage to our vinyl siding. It looks good as new and the cost was a fraction of what we had anticipated. Dennis and team did a great job on our exterior paint and completed everything discussed with exceptional quality. Very detail oriented demonstrated by impressive cut work between paint colors. Dennis and his team are stellar!! We had a roof leak at our previous home, they came right out and went above and beyond to make sure it didn't happen again. And just recently, when our new home needed a whole interior paint redo, even the garage!!, They basically worked non stop to help us get into our home asap and the work is impeccable!!! Dennis and his crew are awesome. Dennis came to my house several times over these couple of months and is punctual, professional, and can do everything! He did work on my roof, stones-mortar, painted rooms, fixed broken fan/light, disassembled furniture, replaced light fixtures and lights, power washed concrete, fixed gutters in the yard, replaced screens, among other things. He goes to Lows/Home Depot to get materials too. Completely trustworthy, dependable, and is a perfectionist like me. He has reasonable prices and he cares much on customer service and is friendly! Heaven Sent Exterior Solutions does outstanding work!!! For the storm repairs made at my house, I received a complete and comprehensive estimate for damages done. Heaven Sent worked extremely well with the insurance adjuster’s, conveying my desires for the repairs of my damaged property. They were fabulous setting up the project and their work performance was beyond compare.

However on the negative side, they were extremely slow in completing the entire project. All tasks were completed timely, such as roof replacement, fence replacement and painting.

Next time I will put in a certain number of rain days for delays and implement penalty payments for missed completion dates.

Heaven Sent really was heaven sent. Dennis completed each project given with the utmost professionalism. I would hire him and his team again should the need arise and would recommend him to anyone that needs dependable, responsive, and fantastic results.

I want to start off by saying what a great contractor and group of workers!! Last year Dennis came out and worked with my Insurance adjuster on my damaged roof. There was no high-pressure tactics and I never felt like I was being forced into signing something without being able to think it over. Dennis and his crew did such a wonderful job on my roof I could not help but hire them to repair damage to siding, repaint the entire house, and install new gutters immediately after. The work was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very polite and professional that was involved with this process. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors without hesitation.

We called HeavenSent Exterior Solutions after our roof was damaged during a spring storm. Dennis, the owner, promptly came over to inspect the roof and put up an emergency tarp to prevent any further damage. He was very straight forward regarding the damage and what to expect from the roof replacement process. It was our first insurance claim for storm damage, but luckily Dennis is an expert and led us through the process quickly and painlessly. We ended up getting a new roof with upgraded shingles and new gutters. The new roof looks so much better than the original roof; It really transformed the look of our house! One year later and the paint job still looks amazing. We needed the wood board in the peaks of our roof repaired, lintels repainted, trim and guttering repainted, and windows caulked to prevent water damage. They underbid the other two contractors significantly. They were honest it would take close to two months with their backlog of jobs before they could come out and paint. They actually did more than what we asked, painting additional areas. They were such perfectionists the 2 day job turned into 3. They were honest and took pride in their work. I plan on contacting them for additional work.

We needed to get some shingles replaced in order to sell our house. We submitted a request online and got a response immediately. We live in GP, and we didn't wanted to drive to Royse City and look for a contractor. The job was completed the next day and paid online, easy as 1,2,3. We will definitely recommend HeavenSent Exterior Solutions.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is outstanding,. When we noticed a big water spot in our house,I had started shopping around (late one evening) I generally don't look to facebook,but their business popped up with pictures of leaks. I sent them a private message to see what their prices are, Dennis not only responded promptly, they showed up the next day during a storm to tack down a tarp. We then kept in contact till they could come repair it Texas storms kept coming. Even came to tarp another spot. We will definetly use them again!!!

Found a leak in the roof and it took a couple of visits to completely fix, but it was fixed and the work was quality. A man of his word and will defiantly be doing more business with them again.

Funny with all of these five star reviews my best friend hired them to paint his house and it took forever for them to show up and would promise to come and then no show. Then when he did show up did not pressure wash home before painting just started painting and now the paint is peeling. Did not prep for painting correctly. Will not return calls to my friend and my friend had to take to him to court and then he did not show up for court so my friend won the suit and the judge was in awe of the photos and shoddy work that was performed.

Heventsent worked on my roof for hail damage. They replaced the complete roof. The owner Dennis Kirpatrik is a honest and gentleman hard to find in the construction field. He complete all the work as promised at a less price compared to others without compromising the workmanship. He did more than I expected. In fact some of the issues due to hail damage I could not identified but he showed to me and did it without charging extra.

We were so blessed to have found HeavenSent to install the gutters on our new house. They did an excellent job, the color is gorgeous and complements the house in a way I didn't know gutters could. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. The price was fair and they worked quickly even when we needed a special part, they went out and got it and finished same day. We also mentioned to them that we had a leak on our roof and they found and repaired it. Just outstanding service, good friendly people that do exceptional work. A heavy rainfall came just after gutters were installed and we were thrilled to watch them perform perfectly. Can't say enough good things. Thanks for everything!

When I moved my mom in with me I needed a lot of work done on her property to make it ready to rent. Dennis was highly recommended to me by a friend. It addition to a new roof I also needed a fence lots of rotted wood replaced on eaves, trim and siding. The exterior and interior needed painting. Dennis gave me a great quote and completed the work quickly. Dennis worked hard with my mom's insurance adjuster to get me all that was entitled to her paid; this was no easy task either as the adjust from a (top company) was so overwhelmed due to the resent hail storms he didn't even remember what city he was in when he came.
Dennis and his crew did excellent work and by the time he was done I was sad to see him leave.
I consider Dennis a honest, hardworking family man, and Friend. He'll be my contractor for life.

I can't say enough positive things about the job HeavenSent Exterior Solutions did on my house & how pleased I am with the results! They recently replaced my roof, repaired damaged siding, replaced all gutters with seamless gutters with leaf screens & painted my entire house & it ALL looks awesome! These repairs were necessary after the 12/26/15 tornado that hit Rowlett. Dennis could not be easier to work with....he's honest & fair. He did such great work on the repairs I needed I went ahead & had him tear down my rotting old wooden pergola & replace it with a new tin roof patio cover. I've really enjoyed sitting out listening to the rain hit that tin roof!
