Eric was communicating through the whole process and was flexible with every need that I had, from changing and adding quotes and taking and adding work onto our home. He made this process so easy for us to navigate, especially being available by phone and in person when I had questions. He was very patient and kind!!

Victor was also great with working on the roof with his crew. He was very kind and helpful when discussing the process and timeline.

From our very first contact all interactions have been very professional. Eric visited for purpose of inspection and estimate for replacement of our roofs. He was so easy to talk with! Our contact with office staff for downpayment was great as well. Office staff is very friendly....only smiles in this office. When the crew arrived Victor (owner) was part of the crew. Heavenly Roofing did a good job, using a crew so the job could be done fast. Clean up afterwards was by far the best I've had between 3 roofing jobs I've had done as a homeowner. I was also impressed that Sergio inspected the job after the crew was done.

Thank you for coming to fix the leak around our skylight. Although there had been rain and snow the previous days, it didn't stop you from helping us. Two came out, one climbed onto our very high roof, about 30 ft up! He stopped the skylight from leaking, and checked out other areas while on the roof, fixing any potential gaps that would have possibly leaked in the future. The roof has been doing very well since the repairs.

We had enough wind damage to our shingles that our insurance was willing to pay for the replacement of the roof. Our friend told us to check out Heavenly Roofing. So I called them up and they told me that they would do the job for what the insurance quoted! That was life-saving because other companies wanted to charge double what the insurance was willing to pay out.

They were able to completely re-roof my house in 2 days. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them to anybody that is looking into getting their roofing replaced! Jasmine was very easy to talk to and she never made me feel like I was a nuisance. Thank you everyone at Heavenly Roofing!

They were able to give me a quote quickly and they also scheduled me very quickly and the estimate went super smooth. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get seamless gutters done on their house. They also did a quality control check afterwards, which was super awesome.

Amazing company and service. Had our roof, and the wood underneath the shingles replaced in a day. They took care of everything start to finish (including dealing with me insurance) and when they were done they left our yard cleaner than it was when they got there 10/10 would recommend.

Priscilla and Jennifer are great! Priscilla worked hard to get most of our roof covered with our insurance, and Jennifer to get our loan approved. The roofers were amazing, as well. We LOVE our new roof all thanks to Victor and his team at Heavenly Roofing! This team was able to answer any questions we had and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process (not pushy like other contractors we had delt with previously). From the office staff to the roofers were all polite and professional. They did a great clean up as well each time they left at the end of the day. Our roof took a total of 4 days (demo and install) our roof was in bad shape and needed a full reroof we had new vents installed and needed a majority of our plywood on our garage side replaced. We were able to get on the schedule within that same month of having our inspection done. We are extremely satisfied with how it all turned out! Thank you Victor and everyone at Heavenly Roofing! I would rate higher than 5 if it let me so 5 out of 5 from us!!

I highly recommend this company. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made the process of getting a new roof as quick and painless as possible (LOL). They even included links for financing in the estimate ( which no other roofing company had done). Are roof looks amazing and we have already received so many compliments.

Heavenly Roofing did a phenomenal job!! They walked us through the entire process and worked with our insurance company and adjustor. We were never in the dark when issues came up with the old roof. Our roof was in very bad shape with over 80% of the plywood having to be replaced but they still had the job completed in 4 days (working long hours even in the HOT summer heat). At the end of everyday they left the job site very very clean. Can't say enough good things about Heavenly Roofing-professional, honest, very resonably priced, extremely hard wokers. Highly recommend them and give them 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!!

Heavenly Roofing did a fabulous job from start to finish! They helped submit insurance paperwork and worked with the claims adjuster, kept us informed, and scheduled the work once approved. The crews worked quickly, cleaned up afterward, and were all very polite and friendly. I had been in contact to get a quote for a roof repair. A woman called me & told me it was a pretty expensive repair & recommended we turn in a claim which is not what we wanted to do. We were paying out of pocket. I then asked what the estimate was as she made it sound like it was very expensive. She then said she didn’t know & they didn’t have one. So I asked why they recommended a claim when they don’t even have an estimate for me, she was unsure & said she would talk to someone to get the estimate emailed to me. That was weeks ago. Never heard from anyone again

My gutters were frozen solid and I was worried about roof damage, they came out within hours of my call to check it out. They were very helpful and super nice. They got my cable thawing system working again and my gutters are draining now. Would recommend.

I can't recommend Heavenly Roofing highly enough. I had roof damage and was working with another company at the recommendation of a friend, but that other company couldn't get to my house for months. A person who inspects roofs told me he has seen Heavenly Roofing's work and they are very good and conscientous.

He was right! The owners are kind, honest and conscientious. I was just going to have new shingles installed. We found out from the City that I had to put new boards in under the shingles once the shingles were removed. The boards were warped and should be 7/16 rather than the 3/8 I had. Heavenly Roofing was able to immediately on site tear out all 65 underlying boards and install the new boards before installing the new shingles. That's a lot of work. They did everything in a day and a half! The work crew is fast and highly skilled. They work quite hard and are courteous.

They give great attention to detail. They put special sheeting near my chimney where the previous damage (previous roof installation was a different roofer) located that prevents build up of snow. They also installed 5 attic vents to prevent heat build up in attic and then roof damage.

Even when they were done they spent alot of time picking up every single piece of debris from the project, using leaf blowers and at the end even picking up tiny pieces from the lawn or in bushes.

These guys are good. Don't think twice about hiring them!

Heavenly roofing just completed my roofing job. Owners Victor and Yuritzi are wonderful to work with. Their crews are also easy to work with. Questions and any concerns are addressed promptly. My roofing job is beautiful. Great care is taken to keep the area around the house clean. They even sweep the grounds with a magnet to pick up any lost nails. I feel very fortunate to have selected Heavenly Roofing for my roof. I wish all contractors were so friendly and competent.

Victor is trustworthy, and fair. He made two or more trips out to my vacation property each time( there were two), completed the job without me there and was very reasonable with his price. Big help to me, it is a 3 and a half hour drive for me.

Great experience with Heavenly Roofing, we had storm damage from the wind and I called to get a quote, Victor showed up the next day and with his and Yuritzi"s help coordinated with the insurance company and had a plan in place that week.
