Excellent customer service. They had accidentally nicked our AC line while patching our roof. We called Brian up and he resolved the matter sending someone out to fix the issue the next day. Very rare to deal with a company that operates this efficiently. I would definitely recommend them as it says a lot about their mission statement.

Bryan was AMAZING! I didn't know anything about roofs and he took time to explain me everything. During the insurance inspection, he communicated with the inspector and made sure that the insurance company treated us fairly. The roof and gutter installation was quick and smooth. We found not a single nail left on the ground :) I would highly recommend Bryan and his firm. They are top-notch !

I was worried about damage to my roof. Heaven Sent came out and to check for damage. They were honest and told me that my roof was in good shape. This was absolutely not expected. It showed integrity and honesty, and I will absolutely use them in the future when needed and will refer them to anyone that asks. 5 stars!!!!

We had a new roof installed several years ago, and some repair work more recently.
We wanted an inspection following the last storm to see if we needed work or replacement to protect the value of our house.
The Heaven Sent Guys called to verify our appointment and arrived within the estimated service window. After careful inspection they told me “The condition of your shingles are where we would expect them to be due to their age. Normal wear and tear, nothing concerning. I wouldn’t replace it if it were my own roof.”
That’s how I want to be treated.
I got an honest inspection and piece of mind.

I enjoyed working with them. They were very knowledgable and professional. I am a contractor myself so it was nice to deal with a company that i did not feel i had to micro manage or look over their work. They explained the estimate in great detail and did exactly what they proposed. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Incredibly honest, didn't try to push me into making any decisions. They performed a free roof inspection and did a minor repair without even charging me! If I ever need any roof work, I'll definitely be contacting them for all of our roofing needs!
