Scot built our 5500 sq. ft. Home. It was a complex, custom build that went very smoothly. He came in on budget. He and his crew were always very courteous to my wife and me. While change orders were few over the 11 month build, they were always approachable and willing to please. Even 10 years later, he contacts us annually to take care of any repairs that may be needed. We would not hesitate to build with Heartland again.
