I had an appointment to get my car checked because my engine light was on my diagnoses alert come to my phone and it was my emission system evaporative fuel or something like that and I wrote all this on the drop envelope. So my appointment was Friday the 19th and they call n said they had to order the part and it’s going to be 12 hundred dollars. So I told them to go ahead so I picked my car up Wednesday evening and paid the 1222 and change so how about I get the same alert on my phone and my engine light is on so I don’t know what the hell they fixed but it wasn’t what I took my car in for so I wouldn’t recommend Hefner to anyone if they don’t listen or read.

"The Heafners entered the Mid-South market at their present location in 1957. They have dedicated themselves to making Heafner the go-to dealership of the Mid-South. We have a great team and we invest a great deal in our employees."
I was visiting Batesville and was in need of an Oil change. I was told to go on Hwy 6. Unfortunately I went in the wrong direction. I remember the Heafner name as a kid in this town. It carried a great deal of influence. To my disdain The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Need I say more due to the many negative reviews I've read. I will never again visit this Car dealership. Please reconsider the quoted statement about investing in your employees.

I had a great experience with Mr. Scott Cheshier he helped me get the most trade in value for my other vehicle and got me a great deal on another one! I like that he was a straight forward about everything!

last week my husband made appointment to have his drivers side door checked an fixed.( will not open from outside) dropped it off at 8 am Wednesday. he called after 3pm. they hadn’t got to his car. he left it there hoping he would get a call Thursday that they found issue. he call around noon Thursday. an again they had not gotten to his car. whats the point in making an appointment. so the car set there for no reason. what did an emergency transmission install came in. he was not happy at all. this is very bad customer service.
He has reached out to chevrolet corporate.

If I could give a zero I would!!!!!! I think they are a complete rip off. I used them to do body work on my truck after my accident only to find out they charged my insurance 8K and wanted another 1,195.40 for towing!!!!! They left glass in my truck and I could only imagine how much the clean up fee was and what looks like part of my window panel. They attempted to hold my truck hostage after it was finished in hopes for the nearly 2K. I should have went to DeSoto!!!! I would NEVER recommend for any vehicle body service!!!! If anyone reading this could tell me how to get glass from my dash panel I would greatly appreciate it!!!

From my initial contact via the website CONTACT US ON THIS DEAL button/form, and receiving a call from Luis, everything was super-professional. He did not act like a "typical" car sales person... he was always prompt in getting back to me via text/phone and emails. We were able to come to a number over the phone, which I felt was a fair and competitive price for the truck, and he understood I was coming from out of state with a cash deal/check from my local credit union, and I did not want to do the typical sales dance in the F&I office. He provided me an out-the-door price, including the doc prep/dealer fee which was much lower than I was ever use to....

Luis was exceptional through the whole process, and even facilitated picking me up at the airport in Memphis as I flew in from South Carolina, and drove the truck back home. The entire paperwork process happened quickly at Luis' desk, even the financing I decided to do with GM, instead of my credit union. The F&I manager came into Luis office to introduce himself and thank me, as did Mr. Haefner as well.

Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process, and with the price of the vehicle. I wish my local GMC dealership was as on-the-ball and professional as Haefner, but, as they are not, I had to fly out of state, and drive back across Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia back to South Carolina.... but the new truck made it a nice drive.... Luis even followed up with me to see how the trip was going.

The best experience I have ever had. That is why I drive four and a half hours away to buy vehicles. This is the second time I have purchased from Heafner. Kevin Burchfield is the easiest, and most honest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Kevin is a major asset to the team, and the reason I am a returning customer.

Stopped in for a warranty repair and the service department was very friendly and happy to help just a small issue but the service manager came out and helped me get a bulb replaced and back on the road I believe his name was Brian really nice people

Friendly staff, excellent service!!! My daughter and I were traveling to Nashville for her first live concert. Our yukon broke down in our way. It was late Friday night. We got a tow to the dealership early Saturday morning. Several staff asked if we were ok or needed anything. Service department was able to fix the yukon and we were on our way by 10am. We made the concert that night. THANK YOU!!! Yall saved the day for us!

Luke had sold us our Silverado last year. Our needs have changed since then and he helped us find a vehicle that is easy to get in and gets good gas mileage. We will come to Hefner Motors in the future when we need a vehicle.

No issues with dealership, everything was straight forward, questions answered, and everyone seemed friendly and helpful.
Only extremely disappointing part of the transaction was I discovered after getting home with the vehicle no owners manual in the glove box. There was a quick start guide and safety features book but no owners manual. Messaged the sale associate the next business day and was informed I could locate it on line and he didn't think they came with vehicles anymore??? Pretty sad to spend 70k on a vehicle and can't be provide a wealth of knowledge about what you just purchased. Little research on Chevrolets website and I found I can order a manual for $50 and in the items description it states "Factory issued glove box manual. " lt would seem Chevrolet puts the manual in at the factory but disappears later. Still trying to get the manual that should have been included with my purchase. It'd be nice to look up how all the functions on my new vehicle work, see recommended fluid and maintenance intervals along with any other important information to help me get the most out of this major purchase.

About 8 months ago I called inquiring about getting my catalytic converter fixed. It took about 3 months for them to do so AFTER paying half for service so they could order the part. They became angry that I was angry that it took so long to fix part. Fast forward, on 8/28/2023 I had someone to take my truck in for a diagnosis and was told by a lady in the service dept. that the diagnostics fee was $250 and that it would not be subtracted from my total cost. After I calling and speaking with a guy, I was told the diagnostics fee was $114. I'm POSITIVE this is retaliation for getting mad at them for prolonging the last situation. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN....EVER!! POS 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had to have a recall fixed on my Jeep. I was on time for the appointment. They processed the paperwork, and just over an hour later, I was on my way! I met Mr Heafner, who is very friendly, he gave me a hat and we both wished each other a good day!

I was getting a key fob made. I called to get availability and pricing. He physically made sure the fob was in house. I arrived about 15 minutes later and they got me in line. The CSR informed me of a recall and asked if I wanted them to go ahead and take care of it. They did both. and I was I a d about in about 30 minutes.

First of all, we are grateful that you were able to resolve our problem. However- we were traveling through MS when we had a flat and had to put on the "donut" . We called Heafner and were told they could fix the flat if we got to the service department before 5:30. After driving faster than we should have on the donut, we arrived at 5:09 only to have the service writer tell us "we don't have enough time to do it.,, thus stranding us in the service area. She examined the tire and found several "reasons" why they couldn't fix it. None of which turned out to be valid. When she did agree to have someone fix the tire, they were able to patch it. The whole job was complete, paid for and we drove out the door at 5:29--still before the 5:30 closing time. We probably could have driven out by 5:20 if she had not been rude and wanting to argue about everything.

Please pay attention to any negative reviews! The people selling used cars at this dealership are transacting in an unethical manner. We recently bought an older truck from them that seemed to be in decent mechanical condition. Within a week of purchase, the truck showed major issues. A mechanic inspected it and indicated it needs THOUSANDS of dollars in mechanical repair. I contacted the dealer because we just bought the vehicle. Asked them for help. Told them it was financially devastating to our family. All they said back to me was - thanks for your purchase. ...the truck was purchased as is. That's all they said.

It has now been less than 3 weeks since we purchased it - there's no way these issues just suddenly happened out of nowhere right after we bought it.

They are UNWILLING to discuss this in good faith and to do the right thing.

We spent all of our savings to buy this truck. Once the sale is final, they do not care.

No matter the deal.... No matter how great everything seems.... I urge you to take your business elsewhere or you may end up in a financial predicament.
