A humble and family based company. Staff are kind and knowledgeable.
The guys that installed my water heater and fixed my water pressure issue were Fantastic, friendly people.
They were at my house first thing this morning. Great professionals. Friendly, and pretty fast!
They always come right out when we call them, even if it is their off hours.
They do excellent work-and have been in business for many many years.

What Users Like The Least

Still had issues with the water backing up, so I went onto Amazon and bought a $30 25-foot drain snake and did it myself.
Never received a call back on that attempt.
It would appear you did, and a potential customer should not have to figuratively pull teeth to schedule something so routine.
Just got the bill, and it’s around $300 because they wanted to charge for the full hour.

I had them come out to pull roots out of my mother’s plumbing; they were here for almost 20 minutes and didn’t pull anything out and left. Still had issues with the water backing up, so I went onto Amazon and bought a $30 25-foot drain snake and did it myself and ended up pulling about 6 handfuls of roots and sludge out and fixed the issue myself. Was expecting to get a bill around $53.33 since they were here for about 20 minute, but just got the bill, and it’s around $300 because they wanted to charge for the full hour which was $160 and not for the 20 minutes they were here working on it, they also charged for use of their machine which you would’ve thought that was included in the hourly cost but apparently not. I recommend calling someone else because they will be cheaper, and they might actually fix the issue instead of scamming you so they can make a quick buck or fix it yourself and buy the tool like I did.

The guys that installed my water heater and fixed my water pressure issue were Fantastic, friendly people, they were kind and courteous, they listened to me and explained exactly what was going on and what they need to do to fix it. It didn’t take them long to do the job either. I will be calling theses guys again for anything I need. Thanks again to the 2 guys that did the repairs.

We bought a house last November and have had water pressure issues from the start. It was a huge move across the country so it’s taken us all this time to really get on our feet. The Hot water heater died yesterday. I called 5 places to ask for help. Only one returned my call. “Hazels Sheet Metal” They were at my house first thing this morning. Great professionals. Friendly, and pretty fast! We have a new hot water heater and plenty of water pressure! I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend them!

Called to try and schedule an HVAC Preventative maintenance months ago, was told someone would be in contact with me as they apparently do not do scheduling over the phone at the time of the contact. Never received a call back on that attempt. Fast forward to last week, tried to do the same thing, here we are a week later with no call back. Contacted them today and was told "we didn't forget about you". It would appear you did, and a potential customer should not have to figuratively pull teeth to schedule something so routine as an HVAC cleaning/PM.

Called Darnell electric and received immediate customer service, a price, and a date range to expect someone over to look at the unit. While scheduling hiccups do happen, it doesn't seem like Hazels wants customers' business bad enough to provide at least a basic level of customer service, such as a prompt return call.

They are all great easy to get along with peope. READY AND WILLING to help you anyway they can. They do excellent work-and have been in business for many many years. I would recommend them for all your PLUMBING and HVAC needs
