Our previous shingle roof was swapped out with a brand new standing seam metal roof by Three Tree, prior to getting solar panels installed. Throughout the whole procedure, from estimation to actual installation, they were really prompt in their response. Their estimate wasn't the least expensive, but it fell within the lower bracket. Moreover, their communication was much superior compared to any other less expensive options, and even better than some of the more expensive ones. Initially, the roof was supposed to be put in place by the end of summer. However, due to the metal supplier running out of stock for the color we wanted, the installation got postponed. Even though it wasn't their fault, Nathan, Duane, and Jaime were very sorry about the delay. Eventually, we were presented with an upgraded 'premium' color that was quite similar to our initial choice. In November, the roof was finally installed, and they had to work around several instances of heavy rain, but they managed to complete it! The new roof looks incredible; each detail is neat and finished, and setting up the solar panels on top of it was quick and straightforward. I can't recommend the services of this roofing company enough if you're in Saluda.
