This is a legitimate review from a Denver Homeowner. I got a cold call to look at my roof and we wanted to sell the house soon. So sure, have a look. Havoc found hail damage and we were eligible for insurance on roof , gutters , etc.. Havoc was excellent. They worked directly with line items from insurance, were timely and did a perfect job. I was very impressed with the color match seamless gutters, they really make the house POP!
I 've had 3 roofing projects on residential and this is the first company I would recommend to friends and family.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the siding installation work performed by Havoc Roofing last March. It has been less than a year, and the siding on my home is already beginning to fall off, posing a significant safety hazard and diminishing the appearance of my property.
Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the siding was not properly installed. Instead of using appropriate fasteners and techniques, the siding appears to have been primarily glued on. This method is clearly inadequate and violates industry standards for proper siding installation.

Timely communication, good explanation of damage and work done. There was also an issue with one of the contractors covering up the vent for the dryer on the roof. Scott was quick to get me reimbursed and get someone out there to remedy the issue. Will use them again, but hopefully not.

I am not a customer of Havoc Roofing nor do I want to be.

I was contacted for an estimate even after being on the national do not call registry, do not need roof repairs, and have never even heard of this company before so we do not have a prior business relationship. Stop with the aggressive sales tactics.

Havoc roofing did an excellent job on our roof repair! Scott is amazing to work with. He was very detailed, efficient, honest and professional in his communication and execution of the project. He went above and beyond in helping answer questions and concerns. He even addressed questions related to a support pillar that needed to be fixed relative to our roof! I would highly recommend Havoc and Scott again in the future!

We worked with Havoc to build a deck over a gravel hillside that sat empty for several years on the side of our house. It was hard to conceptualize what we wanted to build since it was an open space, but Scott was amazing at walking us through all of the options that would fit that space and achieve the goals that we had in mind for family space. The crew worked very quickly and the quality is absolutely unmatched. Compared to many, many other new decks I have seen in our neighborhood, this is the strongest, cleanest, and best designed deck and roof I have seen. I cannot speak highly enough about Scott managing and designing the project and the Havoc crew getting it built very quickly and at a very high quality. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Scott was a fantastic project lead, communicating along the way and entrusting our project to his highly-skilled and professional crew. Scott went above and beyond- meeting with us several times to ensure our new deck was exactly what we wanted and that we were happy with the results- and we certainly are! I would certainly use Scott and his crew again for future home projects.

I highly recommend this company for your roof and all exterior needs! They were able to find things the insurance missed and got it approved quickly by the insurance company!

These guys did such a good job, fast and it looks terrific. They were easy to communicate with every step of the way and it's a fairly complicated process. They know what they are doing, from the materials to the actual work, I couldn't be happier. They came recommended by a friend and I'm so happy they were.

Having Havoc Roofing take care of my roof was flawless, not only from the start but all the way through… they handled EVERYTHING. Havoc replaced our old skylights that were leaking and did a great job. The new skylights were a slightly different size and they were able to adapt the new ones and they look great. Randy and his crew were very responsive to all communication and got the job done very efficiently. I will use them again when my roof needs to be replaced.

Havoc Roofing is operated by Randy Runyan who we have found to have high integrity. He is great to work with and very kind. He has also replaced our siding this year. In the past he has remodeled most of our main level and basement. I highly recommend Randy Runyan!

Great contractors, great company. Very involved and they constantly talk to us to make sure we are happy with the work being done.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The job was done well. They were knowledgeable and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Since I know nothing about roofing, I was grateful that Randy had my back and could walk me through the process.

I used Havoc Roofing for my roof replacement because it is a locally owned company that takes personal responsibility for quality worksmanship and great customer service. Randy and his company responded quickly and had my roof replaced well before anybody else in my neighborhood got underway with their impersonal, multi-state roofing contractor.

Thankful I have someone I can call who I trust and is reliable and has great crews to take care of me. Randy took care of my house after hail in 2020 and now again after this springs storm in 2023. The process was seamless and I’m thankful I can count on him! If you’re in the market for a contractor and want someone you can trust give him a call! I’ve been very happy with all the work I’ve had done on my house and will continue to use him in the future!
