Eric is our favorite contractor of all times. He did a massive renovation of the 1812 farmhouse that has been in my husband's family for 60 years and that was in a state of serious disrepair. Eric solved a huge number of problems associated with renovating a two-hundred year home. He is consistently professional, calm and just a really nice person.

We had a great experience with Eric and his team doing a major renovation of the exterior of our fixer. Siding, windows and wood/sill repair. They were very prompt, professional and talented. Everything came out great! We would highly recommend them!
