They are great guys. It was a pleasure to have a new furnace and water heater installed by them. I admire that the father son (I think) relationship worked so very well for them making for a good team doing a job. I am envios.

Dan and his team were awesome. Prompt, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and they did an amazing job. They replaced both my boiler and hot water heater, as well as two bathroom fans. I will recommend them to everyone.

We have been having issues with our boiler since we built our house 6 years ago. We have had two other companies come out and have had to spend well over 1k each time.

When Dominic showed up I could immediately tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He knew our boiler and he knew exactly what to do.

What started as cleaning our boiler and replacing a fan ended up with us needing a new boiler. It was beyond evident that our boiler was done when it was taken apart for cleaning.

The company gave is a price for a new boiler and when there was additional work needed during install they did not change the price. This sounds simple but it’s not how most businesses are any more.

In addition they put in a module to prioritize hot water for showers over heat fixing another issue we were having.

After install Dominic went over everything with myself and my husband he was beyond patient and explained things in terms we understood.

I have full faith in this company and can’t imagine ever using anyone else. I wish I had found them sooner but I am grateful to have them now. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and plumbing needs.

Several servicemen from Hardy Heating replaced the specialized flue pipes for my gas boiler. They replaced deteriorating pipes, brought everything up to code, and I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were amazing.

Hardy Heating replaced our furnace and HRV system. Initial diagnostic and estimate were done shortly after we called to report the issues we were having. They gave us several options and had the new systems installed quickly. Friendly technicians, very accomodating with appointment times! Will recommend!

New venting with fan installed in crawl space new venting in attic from the bathroom out the roof, both furnace and water heater serviced, was a full day job that will last years. After another company try to fix our heater seding 4 different techs and all faild. Michael Hardy came and in few minutes he diagnosed the problem and got out heater up and running.

I scheduled emergency service through ANGI last Wednesday the 20th when my 7 year old furnace went out. They Hardy's texted and we confirmed an arrival between 8-9 am for Saturday the 23rd. That morning however they texted and said they'd have to move the appointment to Monday the 25th in the afternoon. BUT Monday afternoon they texted and simply canceled the appointment! No calls, just texts, NEVER AGAIN will they get my SERVICE.

Valley Mountain Services came on the morning of the 26th, Tuesday, and were wonderful, fixed it in under an hour.

Dominic came to do annual service and diagnose leaking boiler, he informed us that our boiler was in fact 24yrs old and could fail at any moment. He quickly got us on the schedule the following week to install a new boiler and plumbing for our radiant floor heating system. We have had several different companies service our system over the years, Hardy Heating has been by far one of the top 2 we've used!
Dan and Chris arrived on time as they scheduled, they worked ALL DAY to install our all new boiler and all new connecting plumbing, the CORRECT way. They also added connections for our Electric Water Heater we will use for summers when the heat can be turned off.
Communication was excellant! they walked my husband through the new system, explained everything and answered all his questions.
Price was very competive, boilers are not cheap, and replacing all the plumbing...... all though still shocking to have to pay for a new system unexpectantly, it was reasonable.

It's always a great experience when we need your services. You arrive when needed and in a timely manner. We use no one but Hardy Heating!!

Dan was very helpful. It didn’t take as long as he estimated in hooking up my Generac generator to the gas line and even answered some questions about my furnace.

Hardy Heating did an amazing job hooking up my natural gas into my new Generac Generator. They have now become my new "Go To" for my annual furnace and hot water heater check up. Thank you for doing such a great job!!!

Chris with Hardy did a great job getting our generator hooked up so we are ready for winter. Chris was very professional, friendly and provided great service, he even turned the pilot light on our gas fireplace so we're all ready for the cold Alaska winter. They are always personable and professional. They installed a new furnace a couple of years ago and had to redo all the pipes so it is correct and functioning properly. Today was a maintenance check and update. They were great.

Hardy Heating has always been my go-to furnace “guy”. Of course, I never call them for service when everything is working properly like you should; I call when something breaks. Hardy makes it seem like they drop what they’re doing and come straight out. On a recent “no heat” service call (Dan Sr. was at my house within an hour of me calling), we determined I needed a new furnace. They waived the service fee, band aid’d my current furnace to get me through the next couple weeks so I could go on vacation worry-free, and had a new furnace installed in about 3.5 hours when I came back.

Bonus, the owner is out here working. Yeah, the guy whose picture is on the side of the truck installed my furnace. His partner was super knowledgeable and courteous too, and they registered my furnace for the 10 year warranty for me. I’m going to run out of characters commending them for their service. Don’t waste your time wondering if you should call them. Just do it.

I had such a great experience with Hardy Heating Inc. They are so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Dan and Christopher helped answer my questions and concerns that I have on fixing my boiler, furnace, and rangehood. I am so thankful for them for coming in and making a difference in having a healthy working home. I recommend them if you need maintenance with heating/plumbing.

Hardy heating did an excellent job servicing my heating system, water heater, installing a new exhaust fan, and coordinating with an electrician. I appreciated the professionalism, and timelines of the service!

When Dominic arrived he was very personable, handshake and small talk. As soon as he came in the house and looked at my ailing heating system, he said the transformer is obsolete, can’t get those any more. So from my perspective this was going to be an unfixable situation. Dominic proceeded to get to work, calling out someone else’s work that in his opinion was sub-par, inspecting the situation and started to remove the burner from the combustion chamber, asked about prior service and proceeded to file and adjust the contact arc rods. We chatted about the current viability of the system. He went on to tell me that he wouldn’t be able to put this furnace back in service because of fear of a cracked heat exchanger and he didn’t want to be responsible for my family being killed with carbon monoxide poisoning. I can certainly understand that. To my knowledge he didn’t look at the heat exchanger and just assumed it was cracked. He then made a couple of calls and told me he could install a new unit is 2 weeks for 8400 dollars, and there was only one available now.I entered into this sensing this would be an Upsell situation. Dominic packed his tools and left everything he had removed, just sitting there.
We discussed the near future and I told him I understand his hesitation. Liability follows the deepest pockets. I was uncomfortable with the immediate replace or die narrative. Overall I this would be a situation exactly like this played out. No repair, just replace and be done.

They installed my heating system a couple years ago and it works great, i see them once a year to do the annual inspections and they are always courteous, prompt and do a good job.

Fast, courteous and very professional assistance repairing a furnace malfunction. The technician responded within hours of my initial phone call!!

When coming out for warranty work the worker was so upset he made my 4 year old cry. Maintenance wise, they did some good work and some bad. After they left my lights were out, my water heater was leaking, and the light switches are inverted(See pic). I do not recommend.

Dominic has been to my house twice always helpful and explains how things work and does his best to save you money. Last visit was a couple weeks ago and I thought my furnace fan was no good. He did some testing, ordered a new fan motor and capacitor. He told me some times it’s just the capacitor. Next day he came out and put the capacitor in first to see if that fixed my problem. Sure enough, that’s what it was! Saved me $500. He could have installed both before checking and I would’ve been pleased that it was fixed. He is gem and Hardy heating should thank their lucky stars they have him. I know that I won’t call anyone else!

I have multiple dates of services done by hardy heating. Had my furnace replaced by them with a brand new unit. They were in and out in a respectful amount of time. They did an outstanding job as well. They stand by their products. And their customer support from there office staff to their technicians is above and beyond. They came to service my furnace and my water heater was having an issue. The technician helped me diagnose the problem and got me scheduled to fix it to. He could have just said you need to schedule another time for me to come look but he didn’t. This is my go to team for my home heating and it needs to be yours to.
