Agreed to an estimate from this general contractor and paid the requested deposit. We were not made aware of an additional estimate from a subcontractor they referred until a day before they were scheduled to start when I was contacted to pay another deposit. The 2nd estimate for additional labor (not just materials) doubled the anticipated amount for our project. Because of this, we asked for a refund of the deposit and was told they would retain a cancelation fee which was not mentioned in the signed document. Unfortunately, the fee amount isn't worth time and effort to pursue legal action so we've donated hundreds of dollars to this company who didn't do any work.

We needed exterior shutters installed. I contacted Hank and he had someone here the same day! The communication was great! The person was on time and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use him again. Thank you Hank!

I had a few things I needed repaired and replaced . With a great deal of discussion I found that we needed a new roof. Hank helped convince the insurance company that they should help and they did. Thank you Hank for your input. Within 4 days our roof was completed with great quality and care. I recommend using Project Next for all things needed around the home.

I don't even know where to start bc this whole experience was a DISASTER!!!! We hired Project Next in the middle of last year & ended up firing them after nearly 2 months of consistent unprofessional & mistakes LIKE: doing things behind our backs...charging us for more expensive material but using the CHEAPER material...leaving major things off the initial quote...leaving all kinds of trash on our property for us to clean ourselves...poor communication throughout the entire process...installing the electrical switch to the fan/lights & one of the holes for the recessed lighting then accidentally covering it up with drywall...THE LIST GOES ON!!!

The only reason why we were able to catch some of these things is bc I work from home & was able to go check on the progress during my breaks & lunch. And mind you, whenever I asked questions, none of the contracted people understood an ounce of English all we'd have to wait until the owner (Hank) got with the workers to make things right.

We were so discouraged with the outcome that we held off until the new year to bring a different contractor in to see how much to finish up the job.. We find out then that NONE of the FRAMING, DRYWALL, or INSULATION work was done correctly by this so-called "professional" company!!! Also found out they did some terrible painting & flooring work for a friend of mine (a pure coincidence) & after she told me her experience worth Project Next, I had to share my experience/review...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hank responded and was able to knock out the wallpaper job in a day…from estimate to job done! Very professional, great value, and good communication. Will definitely call Hank again.
