Five stars are deserved! Our project was to replace the damaged front porch with a larger one with a roof, and replace the related (pebble finish) sidewalk and steps with new concrete. Sales Manger Collin was very helpful in guiding us through the various options and code requirements; and Project Manager Doug was on site every morning to ensure that everyone was on the same page throughout the project. We had bids from several companys and SBC's bid was very competitive. If you have a project... look no further!

We used Southern Belle to transform our backyard from just green space to a true outdoor living area which included a new deck, pergola, fire pit area, outdoor kitchen and a screened in patio.
Collin was so great to work with. He communicated so well and when he said something was going to get done, it got done. His team was respectful and did a nice job cleaning up the work area. We are so happy with the results, we would absolutely recommend Southern Belle Construction to anyone.

We were interested in building a pergola to provide some shade by our pool and interviewed several companies. Collin at Southern Belle was the most attentive and engaged, really listened to what we were wanting, then provided a few options that we had never even considered. Southern Belle Construction was wonderful to work with on our backyard deck project. Everything from the beginning estimate to the final walkthru was seamless. The construction was exceptional and the build was tight…and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I was very pleased!

Southern Belle performed quality workmanship resulting in a beautiful final product. The project manager Doug was great to work with listening to understand my vision while adding useful suggestions that added to the end result.

I can not put into words the blessing Southern Belle was to my family and I! Unfortunately, we were forced into having to rebuild our home due to a electrical fire. After the company we had previously found left us stranded with no communication, we were lucky enough to find Will and Mary. They immediately jumped all in and started helping us clean up where the previously company had left us and got us back home in no time! Highly recommend them and their team.

Doug did a fantastic job making sure our deck demo was completed cleanly and the replacement build was completed to spec, with proper structural components and that the finish work was perfect. I had Southern Belle Construction remodel an old prefab tub/shower combo into a beautiful tiled, walk-in shower with a bench. They did a great job and were very nice and polite. I will definitely consider them again in the future!

Doug and Colin as well as their teams were absolutely superb through the whole process. We hit a couple speed bumps along the build, but they were very attentive and resolved the problem the right way.

When you need a contractor, this is the company to use. We had such a good, positive experience having them replace our deck with composite and building a screened in area underneath. Collin quoted, Doug was the project manager, and we met Mary at the very end. The communication between us and them was above and beyond. We had all questions answered promptly and always knew the schedule of events happening during the building process. Everyone that came to do work at our house was very respectful to us and our property. The quote was fair and the work was fabulous. 5 stars all around. We will definitely call them again for future projects at our house.

I used Southern Belle for a few projects that needed to be completed in my sunroom and also on the front siding of my home. Colin and Doug with SBC were great to work with. Their crews demo’d our old deck and built a new screened porch and uncovered deck. They also relocated an interior doorway and replaced a door to our basement. We are very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the project. We would use them again in th future!

We did some wood work at my house and were looking for a serious contractor. and that it was really responsible because we have had unpleasant experiences with the comments of this company and without a doubt I asked for help from them, which is: Did they help us? And it was a very good job, their entire team is quite friendly. And for me it was a job. Very presentable. already time At first I thought they wouldn't care because it wasn't a big job. But they let me know that for them there is no small job. And that they are all important. So I leave you some photos of what they did for me. Thank you, you are a great team.

My homeowner's insurance had given me a deadline to have my deck repaired. But after doing some research, I decided to get a new deck. I chose Southern Belle Construction because of all the positive feedback I saw about their work, and I'm glad I went with them. Collin and his team are the best! When I told him the deadline the insurance company gave me, he said they'd be finished way before that. And they were! The deck looks great! I highly recommend Southern Belle!

Other people have said they are alittle pricey, but they are worth every cent! They did our deck, demo and reconstruction all the same day from sun up to sun down and they were amazing. They did it exactly the way we wanted it and we are so happy, beyond words even, as to how great it turned out. They are professional and definitely know what they are doing. We are so happy with them, we are having them do another project next week and will definitely call them for all future projects. I didn't take a before picture but do have the after to show. Will recommend to anyone for home improvement needs. Thank you guys so much!

Collin and the team did an incredible job on our screened porch. Super responsive, completed the job earlier than expected and a great value. It took us a long time to save up and decide to add on this porch and it meant a lot that the team also treated it as a big deal and something they wanted to be proud of.

We just had a partial replacement/rebuild of our deck (identical replacement), and we wanted to share what a wonderful job Southern Belle did for us!

I spent hours researching, meeting contractors in person for estimates, and pouring over reviews online and in the Nextdoor app. I literally chose the top three high-reviewed insured/bonded local builders, and Southern Belle was by far the cheapest and they got the job done well and quickly.

There were no surprises, and Collin (our primary contact) was a great communicator and helped us with any concerns we had throughout the project. The other gentleman on the team that did the building was also wonderful and did an impressive job.

I am including some pictures--please note that we opted to do a partial rebuild (so that is why the bottom of the deck looks older/darker).

Utilized for repairs on a custom carport. I would recommend and will be utilizing again. Communication was clear and consistent. Timeline was very quick. Good quality work.
