We called Oleg with a problem we had been having for months. Our awnings on the second and third floors were partially blown off due to the high winds and storms we had in the area. For months we lived with the threat of the awnings being fully ripped away in the next big storm possibly damaging our new roof or causing other property damage to our residence or the residences of our neighbors.

We had called numerous other businesses who supposedly specialize in awnings. We heard every excuse under the sun as to why they could not come. The one company with whom we had been dealing never bothered to return our calls. A different general contractor quoted us a ridiculously high price, which we at first accepted because we were desperate to have the dangling awnings removed before the high winds that were predicted to come actually came. However, that man, didn't come and didn't come and didn't come. He wouldn't answer our call when we wanted to know when he was planning to come.

Finally, I called Handyman Heroes, LLC. Oleg returned my call within the hour. He arrived the next day ten minutes earlier than expected. Around a half hour later, the dangling awnings were down.

At first, Oleg was not aware I was watching him work. I noted the care he took in not letting the awnings swing possibly causing damage to the siding. He was careful to replace the bolts he removed and straightened the hardware attached to the house. It was obvious Oleg took pride in doing and exceptional job.

When we asked how much, he quoted us a very fair price. We will be using Oleg again. We have already given his name and number to two other people. I highly recommend this gentleman.

Not all heroes wear capes! (Corny I know) These guys did an amazing job with my floor! They were punctual, friendly, helpful, and very professional. 10/10 will be using them again and I recommend them to anyone who needs work done!
