We had an excellent experience after a severe water damage they came in cared for everything from start to finish and we are very happy with the service that was provided to us! We are going to be utilising them for a kitchen remodel in the future. Excellent company!

Our home inspector came and gave us a full report before we could sell our home. Just put us under a lot of pressure because we wanted to put it up for sale within two weeks having to source multiple contractors to fix siding roofing drywall and trim work was going to be quite the job itself. I was so pleasantly surprised when Handy Andy sent over their team of specialist. Take care for each individual project. They finish in only three days. I’ve had our own ready for sale!

I have never felt so supported in a time of crisis. We went through our very first home insurance claim due to water damage, and the wonderful folks at Handy Andy were there with us through the entire process. They were mediators, mentors, confidants, and friends at a time when I personally felt months worth of anxiety and uncertainty. We only saw successful resolution because of their knowledge and effort.

That's to say nothing of the work they actually did on our home! Everything went from stripped bare, to beautifully redone. It's nicer than we could have imagined, and our hands were held through all of it so we knew what we were getting. Everyone who came to our home was respectful, helpful, and fantastic at what they do.

Honestly, if you need anything done on your home, and especially if it's under duress, I cannot recommend these folks enough.

Handy Andy's team did a variety of jobs around our house, including replacing our shed siding, replacing our house siding, painting, and installing a duct for an exhaust fan, which was particularly tricky in our low sloped roof. The customer service from every member of the team (on the phone and on site, before/during/after the job) was always very friendly and professional. There were a few crossed wires in terms of communication and cleanup but overall the work quality has been very good, the work was all done in a timely manner, the pricing was fair, they showed up on time and days as communicated, and the work sites were tidied up at the end. They even re-attached our internet cables back to our siding even better and neater than the original installer had done. We are very satisfied with Handy Andy and would absolutely recommend and hire them again for future work. Thank you so much!

Handy Andy were contracted (by Seatown) to fill in an extra drywall hole they had made in installing my hvac! The service was quick and clean despite the busy season. The paint is very well matched and textured. At the same time I had them fill in a hole a woodpecker made last year and they did a great job there too. I now have the remaining matched pain i can use for some other touch up around the house.

I needed a repair to my torch down roof and had only a day to arrange the repair to coincide with the work of an electrician who was replacing the electrical lines into my home. Even with such short notice, the roofing contractor arranged to come the same day as the electrician. He was prompt, courteous, and skilled. It rained the next day but I had no concerns because, after he completed the repair, he took pictures of his work and reviewed them with me. I recently hired Handy Andy for some touch up painting, hanging blinds, and detailed trim work around my home, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with their work. I can’t thank Handy Andy enough for the work they did for me.
After contacting two other companies that never got back to me, Handy Andy has been diligent and responsive every step of the way. I have been managing an endless list of repairs on my parents home throughout this year, and I can confidently say I don’t plan to work with any other handyman company in the future because Handy Andy’s entire team has gone so above and beyond with the work they have done on both our drywall and our doors.

It should be noted that the actual service provided by Mateo was done to our satisfaction. He was courteous and competent, and if we were rating this company based solely on the replacement of our door hinges, this would be a 4 or 5 star review.

Unfortunately, everything that occurred prior to his arrival was a mess. We were volleyed from person to person throughout our attempts at scheduling - receiving different/conflicting messaging about availability, scope of work, pricing, etc (and that was with us proactively pursuing communication when the company consistently dropped the ball).

On the day of the service, we were told that the time they had insisted on was now a "window," so their technician would be over an hour late. It was also sprung on us at the last minute that we would have to pay half of the service fee prior to the service (which we had never experienced with any service provider we'd used previously - and had never been mentioned in our correspondence up to that point). To say that we were blindsided and frustrated would be an understatement.

By far the worst part of our experience with this company though was the gaslighting that we experienced by their customer service representative when we expressed our frustrations via a telephone call on the day of service. When confronted with our list of of grievances, we were met with an astonishing amount of blame shifting - which was quickly replaced by excuses and apologies only after we bluntly called out that all of the issues we were communicating were clearly documented in our written correspondence.

Overall, we are glad that we were able to have our door hinges replaced, and we certainly enjoyed working with Mateo. However, we would not utilize this company again (or recommend to family or friends).

Brian from Handy Andy shortened the bottom of my bathroom sauna door because it was dragging on the new tile flooring. He removed the door from the hinge, cut the bottom of the door and reinstalled it. Brian was punctual, courteous and did a high quality job. The door opens and closes easily now.

I had a step in a walkway at my 4 plex which was a tripping hazard for my our tenants. All the concrete companies I talked to said the concrete would need to be taken out and replaced. Handy Andy's solution was to build a concrete ramp over the step. This saved me a great deal of money over every other estimate. If looks great and it's safe for the tenants.

They do any job big or small. I like to do some of the work myself. Handy Andy is always willing to help you where you need help.
