John and his guys were outstanding to work with. Absolutely no issues from start to finish. We're still waiting for my insurance to pay the balance, No hassle from John on that front. Good honest guy. I like he stays on site while his guys are doing the work, and he doesn't require an initial down payment up front now that's TRUST.

John and his crew were wonderful! John and his roofers were very professional and courteous, a delight to work with. I didn’t even have to mention my concerns with workers not wearing proper safety gear. He was right on top of that. I have had to supervise other roofers, but not John’s crew! John and the roofing supervisor stayed right with the crew and made sure the work was done appropriately. They made sure to check for rotten sheathing and ensured the bad boards were replaced. They asked questions for clarity and made sure I was happy with the work as it progressed! Pricing was very reasonable and I feel like I got a great deal for the quality of work performed! I will absolutely call John and Hand Nailed Roof for my next project!
