Joe Talbott is the most knowledgeable, friendly technician we have had in our 2 years living in Michigan. He calibrated our hvac system which was 1-year old. The change in our home was amazing after 1 hour. Joe is a genius!

Jacob Kelly arrived at my house within two hours of my call to Haley Mechanical. I had noticed water leak coming through the kitchen ceiling. It wasn't a broken water pipe, but it was a leak in the shower drain. Within an hour and a half of his arrival he had diagnosed the problem, informed me of the possibility he might not be successful in completing the repair today as the leek was in the floor above the kitchen. I told him to proceed. He worked efficiently and was successful. I was releaved and grateful. Thanks Jacob!

Excellent knowledge of our hot water tank which is integrated with our boiler. The current tank has lasted 12 yrs (6 more than the guarantee). Replacement options were both very expensive ($3K+ for same type of tank vs $6K+ for stainless steel with lifetime warranty). Fortunately, I was seated when informed of these prices. Need hot water, so chose the lesser of two evils. Did offer a senior discount.

Joseph did a great job fixing my furnace. He explained the issue in detail and showed me the part that caused the problem.

David did an excellent and thorough job in servicing our Dual Zone Furnace, and answered our questions on the distribution and balance of heat and cooling on our complicated dual zone furnace between the top and bottom levels of our home, regarding balancing the temperature between our floors! In addition to apply-ing sealant to several leak point!

Dan installed a dual-stage UV air purifier in my furnace today. He arrived exactly at the stated time, the installation was completed quickly, and Dan explained fully how the air purifier worked.

John, who services our whole house generator, made an emergency call today to diagnose an oil leak. He immediately spotted the issue, replaced the faulty part, tested the system and cleaned all the spilled oil. Thanks, John!

Joseph was prompt, pleasant, and quickly set to work to identify the cause of my uneven cooling and lack of air flow to my upstairs rooms. He thoroughly explained the problem and corrected the damper on the affected zone, after checking all the dampers (including one I had not been able to locate) and affected registers. He tested the system before concluding his corrections were all that was required. His efficient efforts were much appreciated. He is a great asset to the Haley team - even my Labrador retrievers approve!
