Joshua Hanson came to our house to assess some water damage caused by our water heater. He was extremely thorough and patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Had an upstairs clogged toilet overflow and leak into multiple rooms in the house. Called H2O after a recommendation from our plumber. Victoria (the dispatcher) was great and she put us in touch with a tech who was at our house within the hour. Josh Hanson was our guy who showed up and he was amazing. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He took his time and was extremely thorough, finding moisture even in places we didn’t expect it, like the crawl space. Throughout the process he worked quietly and diligently, but was very approachable with questions. Would definitely recommend H2O based on my experience with Josh. H2O Away provided me with a free inspection to determine what was causing pooling of water on top of the vapor seal under my house. The technician was very knowledgeable courteous and effective. He found a leak and provided me with a list of plumbers, all at no charge. I will definitely call H2O Away for any water problems in the future.

These people are amazing! It can be so confusing being the person renting a home getting repairs and not getting all the information you need. Discovering mold in our attic due to
condensation, defective fan & ventilation we were very concerned about family health with ages 1 years old to 78 & ages in between living here. A call to H2O Away & within 2 days were at our home to move everything out of our attic & treat the mold. Created safety barriers & took the time to go over all of the information with us. Great experience so far with this H2oAway! They came same day when I called them and Antares Lucas was so wonderful and informative. So happy to be using them due to a pipe leaking and needing their help getting our crawlspace cleaned up.

I called H2O Away to view some water damage in my home. The inspector who arrived, Lucas Antares, was respectful, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. EDIT: Dropped down two stars. The work on my laundry room ceiling has been incomplete since work started 2 weeks ago. I was told a week ago that we are waiting for insurance (Liberty Mutual). Today, I messaged Andrew H from H2O Away about any updates to getting the dry wall fixed and no reply.

At this point, the drywall in my laundry room ceiling is still unfinished. I had to move the heavy washer from the garage back in place on my own so that we can start to do laundry again. My back aches now.

I am not sure what the plan is.

H2O away workers have been extremely helpful and hardworking, especially Lucas, Doug and James. The work in the bathroom was needed in a hurry and they have tried to accommodate my shortness of time. I would recommend these workers to anyone.

After looking over a leak in the house and finding mold, Joshua and Andrew were easy to work with on getting the process of removing mold and dry in started. Tim, Zee and John did a great job removing the mold and drying. Highly recommend!

They didn't leave until they made sure everything was working and the areas we needed to have access to, were accessible. I'm really looking forward to the next part of this project. This company is starting to feel like family. H2O has been reliable every step of the way so far. I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for structural repairs and/or mitigation to consider this company. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. This is exceptional customer service!

John came out and hour after plumber left and assessed my water damage. Came up with plan and solution on the spot. Took all the stress of having water damage to my home off my shoulders. Thank you!!

**ZERO STARS**They promised communication. They pumped my water soaked crawl space right away and I had a plumber come in the next day to fix the leak. The last step after about couple weeks of fans running non stop they call to pick up the fans and then nothing. Zero communication as to when they would come back to finish the insulation. I find out from my insurance adjuster they tried to charge way more than what she estimated. So they had to go into some kind of mediation to get the maximum the insurance would cover. $10,000 in their pocket and zero follow up. I called the company that recommended this company to let them know I’ll never use their service again. Now I am left to find a company to finish the insulation and hope my insurance company will cover. This mess started December 10th. It’s now May 2nd and the job is not done. Stay away from these insurance scammers!

Devin, Hector and Mac took care of this wet crawl space in no time. They pulled out the old vapor barrier, sterilized the area and dried everything out. The new vapor barrier went in and now this doublewide crawlspace is looking better than new thanks to this professional team. Thank You for the "skookum" crawl space.

The group of men that performed the breakdown of the moldy areas were all extremely hard working, efficient, and courtious. As the work progressed, I realized I needed additional work done, and they had to keep to a hard end date, so they worked until after 9 p.m. the last night to complete the work. The lead was Jacob, and he did an outstanding job of working with me. The last night, after they had left, I noticed I had a problem with two electronics unirs. He came back to the house to problem solve that issue. Ultimately both issues were resolved. The rest of the hard working men were Justin, Tim, Peyton, Zack, James B., and Doug. What a terrific team!

Josh was phenomenal, professional, thorough, and respectful. I’m not saying that these guys are the best, but I am saying that there is no one better.

I have received great support from the team at H2O Away. John came out same day for initial inspection and got others out that night to install water removal equipment. Worked with both Kevin and Jordan to go to bat with my insurance company to get the claim paid for. Devon and Ken came to do tear out once approved and were kind enough to turn back on my street and help me unload a new water heater at the end of their long day.

I had John come out to give an estimate. He was very thorough and professional. Clean professional appearance with a nice work van. He was efficient and communicated clearly. The plan of remediation that John and Andrew developed for my attic mold problem will make this house last for many more years.

I can't imagine anybody wants to deal with water damage, but it hurts a lot less with these fur 6. Everything was quick and efficient, and they actually saved me money by finding the source of the leak in mere moments.

I awoke one morning and went downstairs to my basement workspace. As I stepped off the bottom step, my foot plopped onto wet carpet. I knew pretty much immediately that the proverbial poo had hit the fan. As it turns out, I had a collapsed line going into my septic tank and the black water was coming up through my shower drain.

I started with the plumber. He cleared the main line and he recommended calling H20 AWAY. I called and spoke with Rachel, an amazing scheduler and office manager. Within hours, a guy named Kieven, a former Marine, was in my basement collecting samples and building a report. He walked me through EVERYTHING. He explained how his company would work through my insurance claim with me and what would happen over the next few months. He didn't sugarcoat anything, but that's what I needed. I was panicking as a homeowner and he helped me understand what was going to happen and what my options were. That same evening, H20 Away sent two more guys to tear out the carpet and start prepping the affected area for cleanup.

The next cast of characters I met from H20 Away were Lu, Kevin, Zeb, and Tim. Lu and Kevin walked me the claims process and made sure we had coverage for the water damage and the rebuild. Zeb and Tim came out to clean everything up and dry everything out. All of these gentlemen were kind, empathetic, and detail oriented. They treated my home and family with care. They were always available to answer my questions. Zeb even answered my call on his day off to walk me through an issue I had with one of their dehumidifiers tripping a circuit breaker.

On the rebuild side, I worked with Sean who was also amazing. He hounded my adjuster to get our budget approved and made it possible to rebuild my space with quality work and materials. He is a gem of a human being and is not only good at working through homeowner claims, he's a bit of a therapist too. He made me feel way less stressed out as my family's home, routines, and lives were uprooted. He cares. He puts an enormous amount of effort into managing the human side of something as awful as a septic tank backing up.

Once we got our budget approved, the universe smiled and placed me on John's project schedule. John served as our project manager and you should thank your lucky stars if you get to work with him. He has decades of plumbing, electrical, construction, and remodel experience. He is patient, he is exceptionally kind, and he is extremely good at communication.

I cannot say enough great things about the host of professionals working for this company. I went into this situation terrified and feeling like I was in way over my head. They sheparded me through the chaos and uncertainty and made my basement whole again.

I enjoyed Sean and John so much, I decided to hire H20 Away to project manage an optional renovation of the main floor of my house now that we're done with the basement.

H20Away did an awesome job from start to finish. The person handling our job (Andrew) came out the night of our burst pipe and was very attentive and explained everything every step of the way. These guys are great. As many folks probably do, I met them at a vulnerable moment (MOLD.IN.THE.BASEMENT... UGH!), but felt complete confidence in them throughout the process.

All my interactions H20, from office staff setting up the initial investigation appointment to the removing the equipment after remediation, went smoothly. All the familiar superlatives apply: dependable, reliable, experienced. These descriptors may seem trite, however, I appreciated knowing when to expect them on site without having to block out half a day at a time. Once they established an appointment they executed to that schedule.

Their communication is stellar. The office staff was cheerful and provide schedule updates/notices for every visit. Jordan helped me work through the insurance tangle and provided financing information. The field crews were friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer all my questions. When they finished the mold was gone.
