Had guttermakers install new gutters on a property on 10th in Anderson. They came out and installed the gutters. Well they also decided to STEAL my satellite security camera. After calling the main office numbers for days… They finally answered and after talking to them, they said they would talk with the tech who installed the gutters.
Well at first it was I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m told.. Then I was told they left it on the garbage can by the road and someone must have taken it. Finally, after multiple calls again I was told they put in their truck on accident and would return it for me.
The camera was finally returned. Unfortunately, they TOOK out the SIM card. “I’m guessing they figured it was memory card holding evidence of them stealing it.
The person who removed the SIM card was not familiar with the device and broke the tabs that hold the card. Which made the $300 camera no longer operable.
They offered nothing for my troubles or my damaged camera.
Buyers beware.
They came out quickly in the cold weather and cleared the gutters on our newly purchased house. Gave good advice and repaired the gutters too, they knew what they were doing.
Cost was fair, job was tough and dirty, the guys were friendly and helpful.
Will use them again in the Fall.
