I had a great experience with Scott and the team at Gutter Kings. They were all professional and did what they said they would do! An issue came up and it was quickly addressed.

Do not recommend. I called about gutter cleaning and the person gave me an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote two days later. They never showed up. I called them twice and they didn't return my call. On the other hand, I called Wayne's Windows with the same request and the owner came out three days later to give me a quote. Guess who got the job?

After the recent wind storms we had some old gutters break apart. Gutter Kings Construction was one of the three calls we made. GKC were the most responsive as well as reasonably priced and worked with us to also add more gutter lines where we wanted. Day of install went as smooth as possible, Trent and Devin couldn't have done it more efficiently. Great company to go with and worth the call!

I contacted ~6 gutter companies in the Tri Cities for estimates. Gutter Kings stood out from all of the companies, not just in price - but in the professionalism and information provided. Scott was great to work with, gave me great information and advice on the style and color. During the quote/installation scheduling process I worked with Karla who was equally as great! She kept me informed of the install date, and was very apologetic when they had to push the install due to materials not arriving in time (supply chain issues).

Inspecting my gutters and my neighbors, you can see the difference in quality. Each corner is capped and screwed with color matched screws. Downspouts use color matched screws and matched the color of our house perfectly.

Update - finally got my gutters fixed after my contractor had to take him to court. Took over two months. Ended up being a very simple fix and would have taken nothing for him to do that. Too bad he did not get that.

Horrible job. Gutters leak like a sieve. He won't fix it. All I will say to the response is if they call that a heavy line of caulk, shame on you. That looks horrible. Pictures don't lie, but people do.

Good communication throughout the quote and scheduling process. Karla made it easy. Competitive pricing. Very good workmanship. The installers, Brandon and Tyler, were professional and friendly. The gutters look amazing! I highly recommend Gutter Kings Construction for gutter install work.

Gutters installed incorrectly with water collecting at end without a down spout and leaking between roof and gutter. Unfortunately you won’t know this until it rains or it’s time to clean your gutters. Called to address issue and their response was that we approved the work and if we did want someone to come out for repairs they could nor would not schedule a time as they never know when they would be in our neighborhood. I guess you are to climb on a ladder and pour water down the gutter to ensure it drains properly and to get a level to make sure that everything runs downhill. They got their money so anything beyond that you’re out of luck. I guess next time someone asks I’ll refer Gutter Girl.

Gutter Kings was exceptional. Scott runs a special business. Of all the businesses I work with in this community, his is top tier. He was friendly and professional. Karla's customer service skills are awesome. She worked with me on the color and made sure I was comfortable with the color we chose. Scott met with me to give me samples and was patient with our decision. Due to COVID prices went up on gutters while we were deciding and he honored his original quote.That integrity is hard to find. Brandon and Justin were prompt, hard working, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable right away. The gutters are great. The color match was perfect. We are very happy and they are worth every penny. In fact they are an exceptional value. Go with them!

The installation team at Gutter Kings lead by Trent along with Brandon & Dominic did a fantastic job on the installation and the materials are high quality. I can tell the difference and improvement between the new gutters versus the limited areas that already had gutters. The gutters are substantial and much better than the type I have installed with parts from the home center. All three Gentlemen were very professional and explained the work they were doing and compared it to the quote. Trent even found my screwdriver that I left on the roof when installing a security camera!
I highly recommend Gutter Kings for anyone considering installing gutters in the Tri-Cities, WA area or anywhere in their service area.

The crew was great and very professional. They finished sooner than expected and everything was cleaned up before they left. The gutters look amazing and we haven’t had any issues at all. We honestly didn’t realize how much we needed them but that was apparent after our first rainstorm! Wish we would have gotten them sooner!!

Great experience with this company. Karla in the office was amazing! Super efficient and personable. Even handled my color choice change smoothly (sorry about that).

The crew doing the install did great work and did it quickly. They even arrived to the install appointment early; which is rare these days with contractors. We recently have done a lot of work to our home and have dealt with a lot of sub-contractors. Not kidding, in our experience more than half of them miss appointments or are at least late. Nice to see there are still good contractors out there.

Everyone that I have involved with at Gutter Kings have been incredibly customer service oriented. Their workers are professional and hard working and the end product was very good and was a good value. I highly recommend this company!

Gutter Kings did my estimate on a Thursday and did the work on the next Saturday morning. Their customer service is excellent and the young men that did the work took time to answer my many questions. They were quick, efficient and freindly. Excellent product, excellent installed and much cheaper than expected. Great local contractor.

Scott came out to our house and gave us an estimate for gutters. His quote was very reasonable and he was a treat to talk to. Very nice and informative. His crew came out and installed the gutters and were also very efficient and friendly. Just a great job. I've already had compliments on the work and would highly recommend Gutter Kings.
