When we called Michael Mattingly with a suspected problem in our crawlspace, he came out the very next day to assess it. He was very honest with his findings and offered different packages of remediation to fit our budget. His crew was professional and worked fast to get our crawlspace looking new again! They also come out yearly to inspect it, which leaves us with a peace of mind! I highly recommend Michael and his team at Guardian!

My crawl space was a mess. The original builder did a poor job, leaving behind a space with rotting beams and mold. When we purchased this property we received several quotes to not only repair the crawl space but to properly encapsulate it. After much research we chose Rob Kidwell’s Guardian Construction. The work was completed promptly and professionally. I have been told by my HVAC tech that ours is the best crawl space he’s seen. Guardian installed a proper drainage system along with de-humidifiers to control the environment for the longevity of the space.

It’s been 30 days since water remediation was completed in our crawlspace and we are completely happy with the work and results. Humidity levels are stable at the correct level and the water issues are gone. No one wants to find problems in their crawlspace, but if you do call Guardian Construction to take care of them.

Michael Mattingly was prompt providing an accurate, appropriate estimate and quickly scheduled the work. Guardian’s project team lead, Gerley, was personable, informative, and kept the project on time. Other team members Jelber and Saul worked their butts off pulling old insulation and plastic, installing French drains, a new sump, and finishing the encapsulation in four days. The final product is beautiful.
