My experience with Norm was great from the sales to install of my roof, and Norm also took care of having my chimney repaired. Work was completed in a short period of time, and his crew cleaned the yard to pre removal of the roof.

I recently stepped into a new position as an operations manager of a commercial laboratory. Our facility had some issues with our roof leaking and Sean has come out numerous times in less than 8 hours of initial contact. If he’s available, he gets here and does what he can, as soon as he can do it. Being busy I some times lose track of the roof leak issue, but Sean actually takes the time to follow up and check on the status of our repairs. I recently needed a garage roof installed quickly as I had noticed a leak.a very personable young man named Daniel arrived. He gave me a very competitive price . The crew arrived in a timely manner and the problem was over..the job was neat and professional. I would definately not hesitate to use this co again!

I called for an estimate and Chris was at my house the next morning, he checked out my roof, and gave me a couple options. He sent me the estimate 2 hours later. I signed the contract 4 days later, 8 days after signing the contract Colin and the crew showed up exactly when I was told they would be here. Colin answered every question I had while they worked on the roof. When they were done the roof looked great, no scraps left on the ground, only found a few nails and staples on the lawn, very happy with the results.

Turns out that this company guarantees absolutely nothing. Sean is an excellent sales man and will talk your ear off but the reality is that these are not professionals and they do not guarantee their work. We had Guaranteed Roofing come out to patch a small portion of our roof and replace 3 of our roof boots per their recommendation since there appeared to be some minor leakage coming through. We were better off sticking with the old ones. After a couple month drought, one of the boots leaked during the very first rain fall. The attic insulation soaked through to our bathroom ceiling right underneath it. The drywall is completely destroyed.

We called on them to come out and check what's going on so they send Sean back out. He tells us "I know well what a roof leak looks like and that isn't it" suggesting that there might be some condensation build up from one of our pipes. Like suckers we believe him and think perhaps the issue lies in the HVAC we replaced many months back so we call them out instead. The HVAC technician comes out and walks us through and points out exactly how it's dripping from the boot for a tidy sum of $200 since this had nothing to do with their work.

Next, we call Guaranteed Roofing back and send them the photo we took clearly illustrating the leak. To our delight, Sean calls us back to inform us that they do not cover the cost or repair any damage that they cause but that he will do us a favor and repair the boot installation that they botched.

To top it all off, when the crew did come by we only knew it because we heard them on our roof. No knock at the door, no "hello, we are here!", no "goodbye, we are done!". Just stomps and power tool noises out of nowhere.

Must be nice to run a business where you charge an astronomical price for the singular purpose of providing coverage from the elements just to cover absolutely nothing when those same elements cause more damage than if you'd just left things alone. The amount of money that we now need to cough up to repair the damage that Guaranteed Roofing cost is going to end up costing us even more than our original project.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINAL AND CROOKED COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!

Edit: I don't think resorting to lying would be construed as good business practice in the eyes of most consumers. You said the roof has at least 10 more years left on it. The damage you caused went from a mild stain that could have been easily painted over to severe damage to the drywall that needs to be replaced entirely purely due to your faulty boot, not the roof.

Your insinuation of doing us some sort of favor by not charging us to replace your own faulty boot (which you are contractually obligated to do) yet refusing to repair the damage you caused to our home should tell prospective customers all they need to know.

Mr Colin Connors and his crew did an excellent job on repairing and replacing my porch roof. They took off some siding and added flashing that wasn't installed by the previous builders. They fixed the bottom of my window flashing that always looked terrible from the street and made it not only good looking but I'm sure better water displacement. He also explained to me just what they were doing several times and best of all stayed on the job the whole day. I really thought this project was going to last a few days however they came in, did the job, cleaned up the mess, and left without it seeming like they were ever there on the same day. I certainly would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. As a matter of fact I often walk down my 80 foot long driveway to the road and look back to admire how nice my house looks now.

Jeff, Norman and team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish, quick to answer questions and provide any advice along the way, truly so easy to work with! They ran into a snag with our roof when they took the shingles off, which meant some additional work due to some leak damage and they were so quick to get the additional materials and still complete the job the same day which was amazing! We chose a more “unique” patterned roof and it came out GREAT! Highly recommend!

This came at a pretty poor time with a baby nearly here. So I wasn't thrilled going into this process. I worked with three different companies and Guaranteed Roofing made the choice pretty easy. No used car sales pitches. Just straight explanations of each of the different packages and a realistic estimate with no hidden charges.

Jennifer and Chris were outstanding to work with and made this process smooth and painless. The cleanup after the fact was impressive. I had to wait for a good amount of rain before I could inspect the attic and everything looks great. It's nice not having a leaky roof.

I needed new flashing for three plumbing vent pipes on my roof. The first place I called and left a message didn't bother to call me back. This company has a designated person to answer the phone who was courteous and professional. The next day someone came out to evaluate the job. Within a week the job was complete. I can't comment on the price since I didn't have anything to compare it to. Overall satisfied.

The entire process from getting a price to setting up a date for the new roof installation was extremely easy.
Materials and the dumpster arrived the day before and worked began bright and early the following morning. The entire crew did an amazing job, the roof looks incredible.

They were able to build exactly what I had pictured in my mind and redecked and shingled the entire house and re-shingled my large garage.
