George, is by far the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. He lied to us consistently throughout the process. He was hired to fix our siding and the first person he sent to do our siding work, did such a poor job that it failed the inspection. After that, I paid him more money to have him finish the job right only to have him leave me hanging for months with barely any work to show for it. I eventually had to hire someone else to complete the job. George should lose his license, he cost me over $20k in fines. By far the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Very personal able professional and informational. Answered all my questions and explained everything step by step. When leaving my property they left it cleaner then when they got there. Thank you to the crew that made me feel very comfortable and absolutely will refer them to any one I can......

Eastern CT Roofing Co was the best possible choice I could of chose to have come and do my roof. George and his crew were very nice and professional. They showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They cleaned everything up and had it looking 100% He worked well around my schedule and was very respectful and courteous. I was very happy with the price I was given for the work being done. I am very satisfied with my new roof and the work they did. I highly recommend Eastern CT Roofing company for all their services. I was looking for a roofing company after calling three companies.and no answer I called them and George kept me updated from start to finish I would highly recommend them George came out the same day I called I was very impressed he gave me a price on the spot he came a week later when he received the permit and did my roof in one day with the yard all cleaned up I will be using them for all my home improvements

A one day job turned into a 6 day utter chaos situation. The front gutter was dropped off the ramps and kinked. They tried to bang it out with a hammer and use it. That was a 'no'. The back gutter was 7" short and the employee threw a hissy fit in my yard, making me very uncomfortable. Owner was no where to be found EVER!! I had a start date, in writing, of April 6th but no calls so the middle of April I emailed for an eta. Weeks later I come home on a Saturday afternoon and they are doing demolition on my gutters. Like we don't have a life and have to make adjustments to our schedule for these things. They never scheduled the job, I was a fill in so every night after roofing all day the guys would stop by for a couple hours and work til dark. We asked to see the gutter cover and we get "OMG I gotta get gutter cover, I forgot about that". Really!!!!! The job was finished (according to them) late evening and a worker came to the door asking for the final payment. I explained It was getting dark and had not even had a chance to see it so 'no'. The next day it rained and my gutters were dripping over the edge all the way down. and running out the end caps where I was told due to the pitch I didn't need a downspout on that end like my old gutter. OMG I was furious. They came back and said "not their fault" my shingles stick out too much for the rain to go in the gutter. These are "roofing and gutter specialist" and I use the term loosely. Shouldn't they have notice when they bid the job? Shouldn't they have advised cutting the shingles back before installing 4" gutters? Shouldn't they have installed 5" gutters if that was the case? The owner came for final payment saying "yeah but don't they look nice". Do you buy a car with no engine because it looks nice. The gutters are not working!!! OMG this guy thinks I'm a flake. Someone came back today (on a Sunday) and I paid him out of pocket for a downspout in the front and the back and to cut the shingles back. Low and behold he leaves and there's no back gutter. We will finish the job ourselves.
