We moved into an apartment building the Groen built. Unfortunately, the real estate agent had us move in before the apartment was ready (there weren’t any appliances in the unit), but the field supervisor for Groeb, Ken, gave us his phone number and was as helpful as possible. He communicated the schedule for when the appliances would come in and ensured we always got some level of notice before anyone needed to come in to our unit. His customer service and professionalism made a terrible situation (that was not Groen’s fault) manageable. It is clear that Ken takes working on people’s homes seriously and wants to make the process as smooth and as comfortable as possible. We cannot thank him enough.

Groen Construction is a top notch, the most experienced ICF installation team in the area, certified with multiple ICF branded systems, just book them way in advance!

It’s been a couple of years since we had our basement recreation room done by Groen Construction. It may have taken us long to write them a review they very much deserve but we have always been more than happy to recommend them to anyone considering building or improving their dream home. We have heard many good things about Groen in our area prior to working with them and those things we learned first hand to be all true – they are one of the best in the business. They were very professional - from the planning process until the end. They and their sub-contractors communicated and worked efficiently while always trying to accommodate our wants. Considering that we lived upstairs, they were respectful and always cleaned up after themselves that it made us feel good when we went down to check on the improvements at the end of every work day. They are also trustworthy as they continued to work in our home even while we were out of the country for a couple of weeks. Our basement has become a space for fun and relaxation and it has become our, as well as our family’s and friends’ favorite space in the house. See photos attached.
