I am a new homeowner and needed a repair in one of my bathrooms. I called Tyler and he was out very promptly to provide a quote. Very reasonably priced and he was able to work around my schedule to complete the repairs. I would highly recommend!

Gardner Construction was great start to finish. From the initial call to Tyler to his staff showing up on time and working efficiently and professionally to completing the job in a timely manner. Tyler answered all of my questions and explained the job before and during and I hired them again for a second job after seeing the completed job and once again he and his staff didnt disappoint. I wouldnt hesitate to hire Gardner Construction in the future because I know I would get what I pay for and that is a professional affordable job. Thanks to Tyler for 2 great experiences! Highly Recommend Gardner Construction without Hesitation!

I have used Gardner Construction for 5 or 6 medium to large scale projects in the last 5 months. The work has always been done as scheduled, as estimated, and with superior quality. Tyler is an honest, hardworking craftsman. His prices and terms are very reasonable. He often delivered more than I expected and always cleaned up the work area before leaving.
I would not hesitate to use him again and I would highly recommend him for any type of carpentry, roofing, remodeling, etc. You will be glad that you contracted with him.

Tyler replaced the original windows in my 1950s house. From start to finish, he took care of everything, stayed on budget and timeline. The final product is exactly what I was hoping for! I will definitely be using Gardiner construction for future projects and would recommend them to anyone!

We had Tyler do a ceiling repair in our office because we had a leak in our dormer. He was very professional cleaned up messes that were made and came back and until it was perfect. I would highly recommend him for any job big or small
