This company is amazing!!! We had them resupport our kitchen. And after we had a storm they were able to fix water damage and seal it up tight. Shane and his crew are the absolute best at what they do!! I will be referring them to anyone who needs restoration work of any scope!!!!

From the beginning, Shane was responsive and honest. The quote given was thorough and covered every detail of the expected work. Of course we encountered the unexpected and ended up with essentially a new foundation, but through every step, we were shown the issues and options were discussed so we could make an informed decision.

The crew we had (Oscar, Sebastian, and Malardo) were excellent and went above and beyond what was needed to repair the foundation, identify current and potential issues (even outside of the foundation work), and ensure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They even adjusted the cat door opening when they rehung our door!

Incredible company!! It's never good when water is pouring through your ceiling!! Shane and his crew, despite being overbooked, took care of us in a very timely fashion. Pricing was very reasonable, and within a week, it was like the huge leak never happened!! Shane was absolutely awesome during the entire process from beginning to end. He kept me informed each day. Greenfrog & Shane did an excellent job on the rebuild after a broken pipe flooded my basement. He did his best to get the job done quickly in spite of being swamped with other work at the same time. His crew came out even on days when the roads were icy and it was bitterly cold. Calls & texts were always answered promptly and courteously. Any concerns I had were acknowledged and addressed immediately. I was kept informed every step of the way.

Shane will definitely take care of you. He came out, gave me a quote, and when the bone head insurance company kept making mistakes, he took charge and got on the phone with them and got everything straightened out.
I am totally satisfied with their work. I had a mold issue in my garage, due to a water heater leak. They cleared up the mold, did a great job on tearing out the drywall and replacing it. I even got a new floor out of it.

I've dealt with more than 10 contractors on various remodel projects through the years, and Shane and GreenFrog are far and away the best.

I used Shane at GreenFrog for a major project to restore my vacation home after >$60K of severe water damage.

Even though I lived out of town, Shane made it easy to understand the work, the various options for paint color, floor color, remodel choices, etc. we always knew what was going on as he kept us updated on every step.

The best part is that Shane knows how to work with the insurance adjuster in a professional manner to get everything that's needed covered by your insurance.

Flooded basement and called greenfrog who came out right away. They took care.of everything. Their workers were all professional, easy to work with, polite and cleaned up each day.. Shane was always available for questions and even when insurance took their time to pay them he continued with the work to get me back whole again. I am having them do other repairs to my home not associated with the flood as his company does all types of construction needs. Happy customer here

This company is Super sketchy ironically my husband left them a bad review with pictures and it somehow disappeared. Feel free to contact me and I'll give you information and pictures of the poor service and poor quality work done on our home. Furthermore, one of the owners claim to be a licensed contractor and he is in fact NOT a licensed contractor. The proof is in the poor quality of work we received.

I reached out to Shane when we bought an older home and it had drainage/water intrusion issues in the basement as well as mold. Shane worked up an estimate for us and even laid it out in phases so we would do part of it and see if more was needed or not. He made sure I knew the worst-case scenario up front. His crew did a fantastic job! They replaced insulation, sprayed and cleaned mold, sealed the walls, and installed a dehumidifier system that automatically drains into my sump pumps so mold will not come back. He also had a crew come to work on my driveway drainage issue which was a major undertaking to say the least and included digging and installing French drains and a pipe to slope naturally and drain into our backyard. He had a thorough plan and executed it well! His crews were all kind and professional....they showed up when they said they would, and always kept us informed of progress. I loved working with them so much that I am hiring them for a separate project to start soon! I highly recommend them!

GreenFrog LLC was the first company I called when I discovered a heinous amount of black mold in the crawl space. I intentionally contacted them first since they are local and not a "big box" company with a corporate mindset. I called late in the morning and Blake and Matt showed up at the house only about an hour later to take a look at the space and get an estimate rolling. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant, both guys did an outstanding job of explaining what they found and what my options were for taking care of it. And they managed to make me laugh even though my crawl space was full of black mold.

I did my due diligence and pursued at least three other quotes from three other companies but none of them came close to offering what GreenFrog LLC did for the price they quoted.

GreenFrog LLC's customer service was outstanding in the subsequent time it took for us to come up with a remediation plan. Blake, Matt, Carrie, Aaron, and Shane all worked patiently, consistently, and tirelessly to come up with a quote that got me as much service as was possible within a budget that I could afford. It was amazing that they offered an "a la carte" style of pricing where I could pick the services that made sense as opposed to only have two package deals with set prices to choose from. They were incredibly patient with the number of times they reworked the quote based on my questions and concerns. It was clear their priority was getting my issues taken care of, not just how much they could make off of the job. That's a rare mindset in business these days. They were also completely upfront, consistent, and honest about all costs.

When the time came to actually get to work, Blake and Matt were right back in the crawl space working efficiently and effectively. They got the job done in a day without rushing or cutting corners, and keeping me updated on their progress throughout the day. They were respectful of the space and the property and, by the time they left, it looked like they'd never been there (aside from the mold-free crawl space they left behind).

Great company. I found mold behind some bathroom drywall caused by a leaking window. Shane assessed the problem, told me what they could do to make it right and gave me a quote... which was much better than I was expecting... they started right away and finished when they said they would. The result is the wall looks exactly the same as before the damage. But more importantly the mold has been completely eliminated. They even caulked the leaking window. These guys are clean, professional and best of all - they know what they’re doing - and they use environment-friendly products. I would highly recommend Shane and his Green Frog team

These gentlemen are prompt, professional and customer-oriented, they cleaned up our mess, restored our house and rebuilt the damaged room in a quality manner.
