Arnie and his team have taking care of my two cars since I moved to Dayton from Florida. I’m very pleased with their service.

Came in for an oil change on my 911 and Arnie and his team did a great job at a very fair price. Will be coming back for sure.

I brought a Porsche 911 to these guys to do a comprehensive report on body and mechanicals. They were very professional and created a wonderful report with pictures. They offer a wonderful service With excellent communicationat a very reasonable price.

The service Alpine performed was the replacement of cables, guides etc. related to our Mini’s sunroof. Because of the complexity many shops won’t even consider doing this job. Alpine provided a good estimate, secured the parts and completed the work well within the estimated time. The final bill reflected the time they saved in execution. The interior and exterior trim and parts which had to be removed to access the work were replaced like new. A fussy job done with care is always appreciated.

I highly recommend using Alpine Auto Werks. Had a cleaning done on my engine and it restored a lot of the power back in it. Can't ask for better people to deal with.

I had a thoroughly satisfying experience with Arnie and Aaron. They are both supremely knowledgeable on automotive systems and expert technicians. After using other German car mechanics, I have found my favorite and trusted partner in maintenance.

I took my 20 year old Mini Cooper for service and I found Arne to be knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the problem and making repairs. I plan to return for future service.

They took on my car thats not stock and help me get back to a running car. There very nice and keep you updated on everything they do.

Truly excellent. Arnie and Aaron took incredible care when working on my Volvo. I brought it in for regularly scheduled maintenance, and they worked quickly to do the work I requested. They did a more in depth inspection to make sure my Volvo was in tip top shape, and found some concerning worn down parts. The repair for these concerns were laborious, but again they worked efficiently to finish quickly, and by the end of the day I had a new drive belt and rear brake rotors/pads (or something of that nature, this is not my forte).

This is less important in terms of reviewing the actual performance of the company, but I believe deserves to be said-
less than a week after getting these repairs (which made a noticeable difference in the way my car slowed down and came to a full stop), I was able to brake just enough to avoid a life threatening car wreck. Although my car still made impact, I walked away without injury and truly believe the outcome could have been much, much worse had I not gotten the repairs that Arnie and his team were concerned about.

I will never be able to thank these guys enough, but can wholeheartedly swear that I will bring my car back here again and again and again until the wheels fall off. Then I'll probably buy another Volvo, because I know it will be looked after well as long as I come back here.

My car is almost 20 years old and a critical part stopped working, making the car unsafe. The part was one that is no longer manufactured, and unavailable through normal supply channels. Arnie and Aaron searched, and after twice receiving parts that were unusable, finally acquired the parts that put me back on the road. I sincerely appreciate their diligence and ingenuity.

Had to have car towed from Hixson to Alpine. They ordered the part and had everything fixed in just a few days.

So glad I found this place. Arnie is always able to answer any questions that I have about my car. He is honest and lets me know exactly what I am going to owe before the work is done. Great experience!

First of all I am picky. I know cars , especially European cars. I won't just let anyone touch my car, let alone wrench on it. These guys aren't mechanics. They are true technicians . They don't shoot a parts cannon at your car and hope for the best. They troubleshoot and get to the root cause of the problem. They also look after your wallet. On top of that, they are customer driven. VERY rare these days. You just found your new repair shop.

Worst shop i’ve been to. Took my bmw 325i in to get it fixed. Picked up the car about 2 weeks later and paid $1300. Within 2-3 days of having it back from the shop it wouldn’t turn over or start. Finally got it started myself and ran codes on it to find out it had 3 misfires in a 6 cylinder car. Went back to the shop to talk to them about it and they couldn’t give me a diagnosis or tell me what’s wrong with it. By far the worst shop i’ve seen.

I was considering selling my 435i convertible, so I ran a car fax. I was very happy that Apline documents all work that is done. I was not happy that all the work that the BMW place in Chattanooga did not! Alpine just did a routine oil and couple minor things, BMW did things like brakes, new belt, new roof headliner, these are very expensive and well
Needed noted. So don’t think bigger is better!

Arnie and crew at Alpine Auto in Dayton, Tennessee provided us with tremendous service without having to leave the county. Arnie and crew did an outstanding job on my E36 M3. They fixed my intermittent tail lights, repaired the heating and air conditioning panel in the dash and changed the oil. All the while trying to save me a little money. BMW Club, Arnie should be your go to guy.

Plainly says on their ad they do exhaust system repairs but when I called they said they would not be able to put a muffler on a truck? Really need to fix what they can do on their ad and it would save time in calling to get price quotes
