Just a pro tip. But, first. The guy I spoke to was very nice. But, I wanted to share this with you. You can use a shark bit end cap to plug off the end of galvanized pipe. If you're plugging ½" then you use a ¾" end gap. The only thing you'll need to do is use some emery cloth to thoroughly clean the outside. Then remove the inside of pipe sleeve from the cap. This will allow you to cap the end of the galvanized pipe that's cut. The principle behind the shark bit is the gripping fingers that allow it to slide on and not be backed off with out pushing in on the outside sleeve to release the fingers. Then the sealing mechanism is the O ring that's inside the cap. Look at the picture I added..
Just FYI.. is someone calls and is in a pinch and don't wanna drive across town due to traffick and time as well as road construction tion which makes every one drive better. This is a much closer location.
I've been to this store twice. Both times for relatively small purchases. But was treated each time as though I was a million dollar customer.
I was greeted shortly after entering and someone assisted me with each purchase.
Great service and great prices!
For a small lumber store I like this place. Always helpful. People forget it’s there and it’s so important to shop local now days. I will always try this place first!
