Brady was contracted for demolition of an aging porch and deck, and construction of a new replacement.
I cannot find fault with any aspect of the project.
He and I consulted before he started a new phase as he wanted to be certain that what he was about to do next comported with my desire. Upon completion of that phase, we consulted again before moving on the the next step. Very confident and competent craftsman.
Brady is exquisitely courteous and professional. His work product is impeccable and his work ethnic is unimpeachable. One day it rained all day while Brady plugged away at his task - despite my suggestion that he call it a day - soaking wet by the end of the day. That's dedication.

Did awesome work, got it done in good time. Asked questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will use again for upcoming projects. Brady was able to return to finish outdoor projects. He demolished and took away the old deck, built the new deck and mud room steps to match the main entrance. Was done with both in 4 days working by himself. Goes out of his way to make it to your wants and needs. Will use Brady for any upcoming projects in the future.
