This company is fantastic! We are in the process of selling our home and knew we had a mold issue that needed to be fixed in our attic due to our bathroom vent falling.

Joey confirmed everything we had suspected and scheduled us promptly knowing we needed the work done ASAP for closing purposes. Curtis came out & was super efficient and clean with his work. Really great people.

On the plus side, they loved my doggos who love to be in the way! Haha.

Thank you guys for your help, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

EXTREMELY disappointed. We had someone come to give us an estimate and the card he handed me indicated he was the founder/CEO. He was a wealth of knowledge and information; however, I should not have had to reach out to find out when I would get my estimate and receive no response. I should not have had to call him again about when I would receive my estimate and his response, “Oh, I must have the wrong email and will get it out to you.” Never received the estimate and actually never heard back from him.

Obviously, he was not interested in the job, which is ok, however, letting us know would have been professional and a sign of customer service.

Joey and his team were incredibly professional and kind from start to finish! The low-level mildew discovered by our inspector, though not harmful or concerning according to many professionals, was something we wanted to be mitigated. Good To Go Restoration completed the task with ease and care. Do yourself the favor of working with trustworthy and skilled professionals, and schedule with this team!

A top notch company from the get-go. Joey’s in-depth knowledge of remediation gave us full confidence in the company, Joe reinforced it by his clear and timely communication, and then Curtis & Wendy provided very professional work in the attic and crawlspace. I would recommend this company without any reservations - they do good work!

Joe and his team are punctual, professional, thorough, humble, honest, kind and an all around wonderful. Excellent communication and 100% integrity. From initial contact to follow-up work, we are beyond pleased. Highly recommended, we will do business with them again and you don’t need multiple quotes, just go directly to this company.
They came from Granite falls to Sammamish and did not charge a dime for their services.

We had an emergency flooding after a huge morning storm. They responded quickly and took care of it not once but twice in 3 days after another team failed miserably to come with a very important new sump pump.
Joey even brought a temporary solution to help prevent it from happening again while his team took care of the water extraction.
Excellent service and prompt responses!

Good to Go saved the day from our unfortunate sewer backup into the home. They were extremely thorough and responsive to our needs and went above and beyond their water damage remediation scope. They even helped us find qualified reconstruction contractors and plumbers as well to ensure we weren’t just left high and dry (no pun intended) after their work was done.

Joey helped give an estimate for an attic mold issue. Price is fair and good quality work was performed in Shoreline. Great customer service. Consistently friendly and helpful with solving the attic ventilation issue. Thanks!

Sean and the rest of the good to go crew are awesome and reliable. They’re extremely professional and knowledgeable, they clearly knew what they were doing.

It was actually snowing here when we initially reached out to them and they still came in and did the first assessment of how bad the water damage is and took care of things from that point and on. Highly recommended!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
