I was pleased with the thorough inspection that Sean conducted with my new build. He also explained in detail what needed to be fixed by closing day.

I cannot express enough how much we appreciate the job Sean did in inspecting our soon to be new home. He is so methodical and thorough in his approach and found issues, some very serious, that we never would have seen on our own. On top of that he was operating under serious restrictions by our builder and despite being unable to review critical systems (HVAC, roofing, electric panel) he still found critical things to address. We will have him back post close to get a proper review of those systems and again prior to the end of the one year bumper to bumper warranty to ensure we find all the issues we can. If you are having a home built DO NOT assume you do not need an inspection because everything is new, there are countless ways mistakes can be made and Sean will find them regardless of restrictions.

Sean was a great guy and you can tell he does care for his clients. Had some issues in the beginning scheduling but Robin took good care of it. Overall I highly recommend him.

Sean showed up to my house on time. He was very professional and he took about 5 hours to do the inspection and still took the time to go over the report with us. Since we were really impress with his service, we recommended him to my brother and my aunt who are currently buying a home in the same neighborhood that we did.

Sean did the best inspection I believe I could have gotten. He conducted a thorough job throughout my home then met with me later and pointed out numerous areas requiring repair. He marked them with tape so i could have visual reference to indicate with the home builders. He is very knowledgable in this field. I hired Sean to perform a new build home inspection prior to closing on my loan and accepting the home. I am so glad that I did. My husband and I saw several things that would need to be addressed but Sean found MANY MANY MORE. That are required per the ROC to be fixed by the builder. Including the tankless water heater that was missing the thermal expansion tank. I had no idea! Sean was on time, very thorough, willing to address any questions we had, explained the limitations the builder placed on the inspector (where he could and could not go, what he could and could not do). Sean is well worth the cost, and we will be asking him to come back out to re-inspect. He even had the report to us, same day, with pictures and any codes that could be cited, and the acceptable tolerance.

We are in the process of purchasing our first new home with all the paperwork , approvals loan documents, and credit checks. We also need to do the home inspection. After hearing some very negative stories of new builds, not building to standard and up to code. My wife and I began to research.
