He has been working with the contractors on our house and coming out to help direct them with some issues that needed to be addressed in the early stages to help with drainage of our roof. Phillips team also has very accommodating in different adjustments working with our insurance company and fighting for us to get things properly fixed.

We were selling a house and needed to get a second opinion on the state of our roof. Phillip came out the very next day and inspected it for us. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He told us that he didn't see the same concerns that showed up in the inspection and even provided a letter stating that our roof was in good condition.

This is a man of integrity, he could easily have talked his way into putting a new roof on the house in order to sell it and earned money for himself. Instead, he did what was right and ended up saving us thousands of dollars during our closing process.

Crested Butte, CO in Gunnison County and their team was on it. They communicated professionally, worked diligently to get the job done in a narrow time frame and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. It's so hard to find good contractors in the mountains and they did something that very few companies do anymore-they picked up the phone and actually took time to walk through our options! A tree fell on my roof during a storm and when I called they were very responsive and helpful. They came out same day and checked my roof for damage. They even helped with getting the tree removed! They followed up to make sure everything was completed and I was satisfied. Great company and will absolutely use them again!

Wow! Idid not even think we were in the market for a roof, but our potential buyers of our house wanted it done. When we realized we need a new roof the owner Dennis was really easy to work with and communicate with. He even got our roof done quickly. The day of the project a big crew and got it done in a day! After my roof was done, Dennis still worked with me to get the new buyers of our house a limited lifetime warranty in their name. Good Knight Roofing is based in Littleton but goes all over the Front Range.

Update so I still haven't been able to get proper paper work from Philip gains he has now told my insurance he isn't allowed to do anything till there lawyer saids other wise funny thing is I've never herd from there lawyer any who iv come to the conclusion that I will miss out on the benefits of a upgraded roof because of these un honest guys, which pretty much stole $900 dollars from me and continue to lie after lie I've also notice there reviews are always new people and the old reviews are gone I just find it funny they claim they have been doing outstanding business for 10yrs in Colorado but only have 10 good reviews??? Also have change there company name numerous of times??? found this out through public records you would think they would have more reviews and wouldn't have to change there name if they where doing honest buisness and actually followed through with what they say.
I also want to mention I didn't choose this company it was chosen through the purchase of a home by old home owner which had paid for up front to be reimbursed by insurance ( who knows if that ever happened) I dont blame the old homeowner as was just trying to get things done and good knight roofing where the only ones available at the time because all the real honest roofing company's where booked( that alone should say something about these guys)I cant stand fake people and these guys are fake as they come!! P.S if you look you will find other reviews from people that have gone through the same thing with good knight roofing.

Please be cautious of good knight roofing LLC and of Dennis Miller and Philip gains they are quick talkers and will tell you anything to make it seem like they care BELIEVE ME THEY DONT! Double check ther paperwork and permits and licenses Dennis Miller submitted a invoice to a title company saying work was done to get payment they didnt do the work till a week after him submitteing the invoice for completion. Had a roof done on a property and come to find out they never pulled a permit or even had a license to work in denver when confronted about this things became a nightmare had to play nice with Philip gains to get my roof permitted and inspected through many phone calls , arguments and headaches the roof was inspected today and passed If I would of never looked more into a permit my roof would of never been permitted or inspected they are good about blaming things on everyone else and will do anything they can to get their money I would never use them as I've told my neighbors about what was going which Dennis Miller was supposed to do a roof for a neighbor and is now playing victim because he got caught trying to pull a fast one they since pulled there sign from neighbors yard and are still have some documentation do to me now the roof has passed they have not responded to get proper paper to my insurance to get my upgraded roof warranty that I paid Dennis Miller $900 and that Philip had promised to get it over his attitude as change and pretty sure I wont get papers now because they are upset they got caught trying to pull a fast one please be cautious with these guys and company come to find out I'm not the only one that's gone through the same thing

As the original roof was close to wearing out on our home, we were glad to discover hail damage from a storm this past summer that enabled our roof to be replaced through our insurance. Shortly after the storm, I was approached by Dennis, a very low pressure, well trained Rep of Good Knight Roofing, and he reassured us that the roof replacement would be a seamless as possible, and he would assist along the way, which he did.

I have years of Property Management experience, and have some experience in dealing with residential roof damage claims, so I generally understood the process. The Good Knight Rep met with our claims agent, helped answer all questions that came up, and got our roof scheduled for replacement very quickly. The roofers completed the roof the same day, and the metal worker replaced the gutters and downspouts a few days later. The work was generally done quite well, and the few punch list items we established were taken care of in a reasonable time.

The most impressive thing with Good Knight Roofing was that they worked with our insurance company, never once pressuring us for final payment, although our insurance company was extremely slow in issuing final payments. Good Knight Roofing does what they say they will do, and I would definitely use them again.

Good Knight Roofing is great! They are prompt, informative and professional. As a Real Estate Professional I need a good network of vendors in all types of businesses that deal with homes and Dennis is my go to guy for roofing. He and his team have even been able to take care of a client the very next day. In real estate you don't want to hold up a transaction or delay a closing, luckily for us the team at Good Knight Roofing has been there to save the day and keep my clients happy and keep the transaction on time! I cannot thank them enough and as someone in customer service i know the best compliment to a service provider is a referral. We are very pleased with our experience with Good Knight Roofing from start to finish. Dennis walked us through the entire process explaining how things would go, not only our roof replacement, but also the siding and gutters. He was very polite and patient with us and our questions and decision delays. The roofers and the gentlemen doing the gutter replacement and siding were very friendly and did beautiful work. Our house has never looked so good! In fact, we enjoyed working with Good Knight Roofing so much we used them a second time on another house, where once again, the service and the work was flawless and fast!

Bid was competitive and the finished roof looks great. Crew did an awesome job cleaning up and then Phillip even did a final pass to be sure every nail and piece of trash was picked up.
