Derek, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue I was having with the a/c and the steps necessary to fix it. He was not at all pushy about selling me a service contract which is a complete turn off, although I did make the decision to get one. In addition, he was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was an overall good experience.

Mick was our technician and he was wonderful, thorough, professional and friendly. Best part, he wore his disposable shoe covering before entering our place, very happy with the service received today.

Livingston NJ. Michael our tech was fantastic. We have seen him before and would love to get him every time. He knows his stuff, takes the time to explain what is happening, and offers advice on how to best maintain the systems.

Pricing is expensive though.

My hot water heater leaked. Gold Medal came the same day, diagnosed the problem and (the next day) replaced the heater (under warranty). Service was excellent.

Rabi showed up today ready to work, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, very well mannered and honest. He was able to rectify our problem temporarily so we have AC until they return to install a new system

There was few hiccups from the beginning…but we got through it ! I was waiting on a part for my AC unit and did not get an accurate update on when the part would be ready. Was not happy having my AC not working …

My water heater started leaking early in the morning. Called right away. Dominick came in the afternoon and replaced the unit. .

Mike was prompt helpful knew his stuff explained everything hopefully I don't need to water heater ever again but if I do I'm going back to gold medal I would recommend them to anyone

Jermaine, Chris and Carl did an excellent installation of our minisplit A/C units. They were polite, courteous and were respectful of us and our home (covering floors with tarps, covering their shoes, cleaning up at the end). They kept us informed as the job progessed and answered all our questions.

To start, I don’t leave reviews!! But Rolfy is just Amazing!! It’s rare to find people who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail and actually likes their job and company!! The company that installed my furnace really just did whatever and just slapped things together, especially since they knew I didn’t know what I was looking at! Rolfy pointed out the issues and fixed them. He has definitely made me have confidence in this company with the quality of his work!

Mr Jose Nunez did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He is an expert at this field. I highly recommend him for any electrical need! 10/10

Rabi is very professional and knowledgeable. He installed a drain pan under the furnace/ac unit which had limited access and was quite challenging to begin with. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was addressed the right way. Highly recommended!

Elijah Gerald helped us to install a new humidifier into our HVAC system. He also cleaned out our internal and external HVAC parts. Elijah was respectful, easy to communicate with and was able to explain in detail the jobs that he was performing. He did an excellent job without any damages or issues. I would 100% recommend Elijah for any jobs in the future!

I give Gold Medal 5 stars but I give Mick K. 10 stars!! He just left my house & not only fixed our AC issue but did a complete check up and explained everything perfectly! He was so efficient, knowledgeable & experienced he even figured out our humidifier was installed incorrectly by another company & he wasn’t even here for that issue..we signed up for yearly service because of him & will be getting the humidifier fixed before winter. I will be recommending Mitch to everyone I know & We are Mitch customers for life!! Thank you Mitch & Gold Medal!

He referred us to Tim for a detailed presentation of two possible replacement systems, Rheem and Daikin. An informative presentation without any high pressure sales tactics.

Recently our hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Two of my friends recommended Gold Medal because they were happy with their hot water heater replacement work. I booked an appointment with Gold Medal. The booking process was simple and straightforward. The service technician, Charles Lallo, showed up promptly as scheduled. He provided different options/costs and guided me through the whole selection process. After the installation was done, he explained all the functions and feature in plain terms. A special shoutout to Charles Lallo. He was very professional throughout the whole job. The finished product exceeded my expectation. If you need a new water heater, call Gold Medal and ask for Charles Lallo.

They came out same day and an hour earlier than they said. Our tech was great. Thorough. Great explanation as to what’s going on.

Mick couldn’t have been nicer while addressing the problem..He solved most issues with the air conditioning, but will have to return for a larger problem. I welcome him back.

Called me a day before my appointment to push the appointment by four hours. Wasn't a problem for me, so I agreed. Then I get a call eventually from the tech confirming the appointment.

The day of, one of the call center people calls me to tell me they don't install new ductwork. Website appeared and described it as if they do, so I was surprised.

Poor communication all around, there are other options in orange county who do the complete job.
