Could not tell you called and said I was going by when I got there he was gone. Called back and left vin and pics of window as requested then never heard back. Called next day said he was working on truck would call me in an hour and never called back so I just ordered the window and put it in myself!!
What a joke . New owners but same . Took my vehicle in to have some damage fixed back in November. Now it's March still getting the run around. Been painting it for months. Every time I asked he was painting it. Now in February guy decides the door is bent and has to order a new one after painting the bent door . The vehicle received some transmission or transfer case problems promised to take to Ford and have it fixed . That was the main reason we decided to take it hear . Now hear it is in March and get a phone call saying he can't fix it and insurance won't pay. So save your self a headache and go down the road where you won't be getting the run around. And still don't have it back update after waiting almost 6 months get it back . Can't make it home on its own power. Window that was replaced doesn't match the rest . Has runs in the paint. Paint looks darker . And broken reflector and paint overspary on. everything . They replaced the plastic side door panel with junk yard parts. All scratched up and looks way older and doesn't match.
