G.O.A.T. Roofing

My house was hit by a hail storm in June. The GOAT Team was very thorough in their explanation of the process and provided great workmanship on my new roof. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

This company has been horrible from the start. They were the contractor for our trim out on our home. They hardly answer the phone, the person who does acts like she doesn’t know what she is doing. They sent out one person to work on our house. He works 3 hours and then is done. We were told maximum 4 weeks to get it finished and the man who came out laughed and said “6-8 months”. It has already been 4 weeks and hardly anything has been done. Very unprofessional,I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

I had fought with a well-known insurance company many times over with them always coming back with damage that did not qualify for replacement and always right at deductible cost. G.O.A.T Roofing went above and beyond to get my roof done professionally. Not only did they do an excellent job on my roof, but they were able to get the insurance to pay for my roof and fence when other roofing companies were not able to even get the roof replaced. G.O.A.T Roofing is also a very trustworthy company. I have a very large low pitched decking roof that had regular shingles on it and G.O.A.T Roofing could have simply just replaced with the same shingles (maximizing their profits) but made a point to do what the roof deck properly needed and upgraded the deck roofing. I would highly recommend the staff and workmanship at G.O.A.T Roofing.

Brueno and Oliver are very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We had a fence repaired. I definitely would hire these guys again!

With the recent record rain fall, my roof started leak. The roofing company I usually use was booked for another week and a half, but a neighbor recommended G.O.A.T. roofing. They were able to see me on my time(I work weird hours), they were very punctual, as I had a small time window. Oliver, the roofing contractor they sent was great to work with. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to me. Communication between the insurance company and G.O.A.T. was seamless and everything got taken care of in a timely manner. Wonderful customer service, great communication, with several updates. Worked hard to get my vehicle back to me as fast as they could. The hail damage on my Jeep was extreme and they made my Jeep look brand new again. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you again!!

I normally do not write reviews because most experiences have a downside also, so to me most needs are met in the middle and project are completed as expected right? The experience we encountered with G.O.A.T roofing qualifies for sharing a REVIEW. WHY you ask? Because they honestly went over and above our expectations. There were stalls due to weather but that's expected during a full roofing replacement. Once we made it through the scheduling and Ben came aboard, he assured a seamless wrap up AND that is EXACTLY what was delivered! Ben was very respectful, responsible and honest about why and how long the follow ups would take. All this, while taking his college exams. We are VERY satisfied with the work done and would refer anyone who is in need of a roofing company to give them a call , they will even work with your insurance company if you need assistance with questions and the whole process. If you were like us and kept hesitating to replace your roof PLEASE GIVE G.O.A.T ROOFING A CALL ASAP, you will honestly be glad you did.
