Terrific and very thorough job on my chimney and wood stove. However, I have to note that I found it to be expensive at $368 for the service. Alex was polite and communicative and very professional. The cost is my only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I think that the chimney cleaning industry is 75% scammers. And I’ve experienced this personally. So, I decided to go with GMT because they are reputable. And I will say that they are very professional and do excellent work.

Scheduling everything online, super easy. Got updates by text, which I loved. The chimney cleaning was smooth and the tech explained everything clearly. Modern company, not old- school.
