The James Hardy siding they use is high quality so with their crews that are skilled in its installation, you're getting the best of the best! Background - I have a neighbor adjacent to my property on a joining street. I know him well and
highly respect his opinions, as he is both bright and the CEO of his own company. He had a
metal roof installed in the last year and it looks fabulous. Knowing we would need a roof
replacement, I asked him and he gave glowing reviews of Global Home Improvement.
Murray Bernstein, Sales Consultant and Product Manager for GHI, stopped by at my invitation
and we had a multi-hour meeting with him on everything imaginable for the Metal Roof project
we had in mind. Once we decided to move forward, he had all of the samples in his vehicle so
we could color match exactly what we wanted, even down to the gloss level of the roof. Then
the moment of truth for me. Signing a contract the same day we talked for an amount that was
something this highly analytical engineer would normally take weeks to agree to. Murray
expressed a level of candor and commitment to the project that we signed the same day.
A short time later Project Manager Tarry Zayats came by to introduce himself, set expectations
on schedules, what we needed to do to prepare for the project, and take final measurements.
Tarry exuded the same confidence and commitment we had experienced earlier with Murray.
The project commenced within the timeframes committed, and now the fun would start. A highly
competent and dedicated team of 3-4, depending on the day, arrived and now took exacting
measurements since the metal roof panel generating apparatus was arriving and would custom
produce each panel to exacting measurements driven by a computer interface, leaving no room
for error as each panel was custom formed and shaped using the metrics the crew entered into
the computer.
The laborious task of removing everything on the roof down to the plywood commenced with
little disruption as they covered everything necessary with tarps and everything was put into an
onsite dumpster before they left every night. If you walked up to the house without looking up,
you could not tell that earlier that day, much of the roof was on the ground. They even used
special magnets to comb the gravel driveway to be sure that any errant nails or fasteners were
not left to hide in the gravel.
We decided to replace the two skylights as they were over 40 years old, and could be a suspect
for future leaks and we did the same with the attic fan. That created extra work for the team as
they had to craft unique custom panels to align perfectly with the new skylights. The chimney
was also a challenge and they spent a lot of time crafting custom panels to surround the
chimney to blend perfectly with the roof line.
The team was very polite and extremely hard working, and clearly took pride in their
craftsmanship. They came early and worked late as needed to finish that portion of the project
for the day.

Tarry was a watchful Project Manager that answered all of our questions in detail and would not
stop until he was sure we totally understood his response. If I called him, he would call back
quickly if he was somewhere else on another call. Both Paul Kazlov, the President, and Adam
Parnes, the VP of Marketing called me to respond to a difficult question I had posed to Tarry and
Murray. Both took the time to provide a detailed response.
Walking up and down the street is now a new pleasure for me, as I look over at our new roof
that brings an otherwise attractive house to life in a new way. It is with high gratitude that I
recommend Global Home Improvement be given the opportunity to bid and ultimately work on
your next big project.

Over the last few months, Global Home Improvement replaced Pella windows with Marvin Infinity windows in multiple rooms of our home. A phenomenal company: responsive, focused on our needs, helpful, and efficient, with excellent products and choices. Their installation team worked truly as a team, and were thorough, accessible, and left a clean work site for this two door replacement project. The office staff were also kind and efficient and responsive, and believe me, they made this whole experience seamless and stress-free. We have now had their products for a few months and really like the features they have, along with the solidity of both doors. They even block out sound, which we sometimes need when all of the dogs are barking and the lawn mowers are going. Wonderful people to work with from sales pitch through installation. Customer service was easy to stay in touch with throughout the process. There was always an open communication to plan and schedule the isn't Al. All services and installations were completed exactly as described in a timely and professional manner. We had 2 casement windows and a patio door replaced. The work was done accurately and quickly with no problems. The workers cleaned everything up.

We replaced 14 windows with global home improvement. The sales person was very knowledgeable and explained all options. The delivery and installation was done in about 5 weeks after final order. The whole process was flawless. Marvin window quality is very good and prices were very reasonable. After installation the technicians explained all features especially how to tilt window panes for cleaning. It was pleasant experience to do business with Global Home Improvement.

Our 28 year old home was in dire need of new second floor windows and a front door. Replacing the junk that the builder gave us when we had our home built. I’ve noticed I sleep soundly since installation of windows. Hardly hear storms or rain and I’m looking forward to lower heating bills with this improvement in insulation.
The sales rep who came to our home sold us when he brought a sample window and demonstrated how they tilted in for easy cleaning. Bonus for me as I climbed onto the first floor roof once or twice a year to clean the windows. Global performed a fantastic job for us on our old barn roof.
The new metal roof was installed by a superb installation mechanic and you would never know that there was a big project like this being done on the day after the Global team left here.

I used Global Home Improvement to install new Marvin windows in my 1950's era split level with original windows. It was no inexpensive, but you get what you pay for! These are amazing windows with black grills facing the outside and white grills facing the inside. The guys did a great job with installation (and bonus - they arrived about a month earlier than expected!)

I have used Global Home Improvement for the big and important jobs! They installed a beautiful Standing Seam Metal Roof. Ten years later they installed Hardee Siding and a gorgeous custom double front door with stained glass windows. This is an excellent company! I was searching for a company that would be up for the task of not only installing windows professionally as specified by the manufacturer, but that would also stand beyond their installation for years to come. Global is this company. I'm so happy I found them.

Had a great experience with Global. From beginning to end. The sales Rep was very knowledgeable and actually down sold us, saving us money and passing on useful information. Work was done well and the couldn't beat the price and financing they offered.

Great service. No high pressure sales. Arrived on time and as promised and cleaned up outside and inside. Very professional. I used them in 2017 and replaced another set of windows in 2018. The only negative comment is that they could have done a slightly better job of picking up some small debris outside in the plant beds.

We had a really incredible experience with Global with our Marvin Window replacement. We've had our share of bad experiences with home improvement and Global was a breath of fresh air! We have an old house (1929 Tutor) and the crew manager was really great and helping us make the new windows work with the old house aesthetic. They were super fast but also very good at the instillation and cleanup process. We also have a young child and they were extra careful with any material...we couldn't even tell they were here after it was all done besides our beautiful windows. We have had them a few summer and now cooler months and really see a huge difference in our house temp and bills! My mom recommended them to us and we will definitely recommend them to other friends and family.

Can only say WOW. from sales to completion of our new metal roof. Efficient , easy to work with. Our roof was a bit complex with angles and the Workman did a great job. This year having gutters redone with improved downspouts. Don’t hesitate have them out. Oh the heat and AC already at increased efficiency. The metal roof is not noisy

After nearly 60 years, the unique bow window in the front of my home needed to be replaced. I contacted all the popular window replacement companies, contractors and carpenters in the area. After nearly a year I couldn’t find anyone with a quality product or solution that would complement my home. Then I found Global Home Improvement. Everything about the process – consultation, window removal and installation, clean up – went smoothly. I only wish I found them sooner! I would hire Global again because of their professionalism, customer service and quality of work.

In 2014, Global Home Improvement replaced 18 windows in my house with Marvin Infinity Replacement Windows. The installation went smoothly and the windows are of excellent quality.

My new roof installation was done very efficiently and competently by a quality team.
Their pricing was higher than other options but I am very pleased with the results.

Choosing Global Home Improvements to replace our asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof was the best home improvement decision we ever made. Our experience with Global was beyond our expectations. They removed our stucco and installed Hardie plank artisan siding. Their crew worked all day every day and cleaned up every evening before leaving. The project manager came by every couple of days and made himself available anytime. We have received so many compliments on the house. Thank you Global!

We had Global replace 17 original windows in our home, and the process couldn't have been easier. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the install was done in a single day, and the end product looks great and performs perfectly. We're going to have to replace our roof in a few years, most likely, and Global's going to be the first place we call when that time comes.

The process: Everything went as explained by the original sales contact. Timing was pretty much spot on despite the rainy spring which could have caused delays. The workers showed up and worked hard every day into the early evening.
The contacts: Very prompt responses every time!
The install did include some Saturday working. We got the call about the install starting the following Monday on a Saturday. As a result, I could not have a check ready in time per contract of 1/3 on start of install as I needed to move some funds to cover the check. They took a credit card via call to the office on the Monday and started as promised and did not charge a premium for the credit card fee.
OVERALL: HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT AND COMPANY!

We needed 19 new windows and after looking at many different window brands, we contacted Global Home Improvements. The salesman showed us the Infinity (fiberglass) window series from Marvin with a variety of interior and exterior colors. We were impressed with the narrow window frame, the inward tilt- to-clean feature and the warranty.

The installation was completed in one day. The Global Home Improvements installers were neat and were very focused. Every single window was installed perfectly (including one in a ceramic tiled shower) and they took away our old wooden windows that day. They finished up by caulking every window inside and out. The exterior window framing was wrapped in matching aluminum coil. No more painting exterior window frames! They cleaned up everything before they left.

All in all, they did an outstanding job and it was the BEST home improvement experience we ever had. Did I mention the energy savings in both winter and summer we have experienced? I would choose Global Home Improvements again without hesitation for quality work and products.

Working with Mark, the GHI Project Manager, was a great experience and the aspect that I am most satisfied with in choosing GHI to make most of my major home improvements. He always was very responsive and attentive to my needs and concerns, and he was both professional and personable--all of which I sincerely appreciated. He listened to my questions throughout the course of the projects and explained things clearly, in layman's terms, so I could understand. I also felt he and I collaborated well, and he balanced representing GHI while also advocating for me, when necessary, at the same time. I knew I was "in good hands" with Mark as my project manager.

Mark provided me with exceptional service as project manager and I truly hope I can work with him again if/when I chose GHI for additional projects in the future. Also, "Ziggy", the siding installation foreman, provided me with exceptional service. He, too, listened to my questions throughout the course of the projects and explained things clearly, in layman's terms, so I could understand. Ziggy and his team also worked very well with my electrician, who had to simultaneously work on outdoor electrical upgrades/changes during the siding removal and installation process.

Great company! From start to finish, they kept me in the loop on the progress and scheduling. The actual work was great as it was completed quickly and properly. No mess left behind and very friendly workers. Would definitely recommend them for any window replacement.

Overall, I'm definitely happy with the professionalism of GHI. The timeline they had projected for the competition of the project was a bit longer than they had told me, but the quality of work and courtesy completely made up for that. We have installed the Marvin windows since June and we are very happy and satisfied with the installation and the windows.
My daughter's room was hot during the summer months before the installation but after the installation, it's cool and does make a difference. She doesn't complain anymore.
Our family room used to get a cold draft from the old windows and so far we have experienced no more cold drafts come through.

We would highly recommend Global Home Improvement for window replacement. We have a home which is over 100 yrs old and our windows were wood with lead glass and triple track storm windows. Drafty and brittle. Global came out and measured and within a short period of time called to deliver and install. Came installed, cleaned room, washed new windows and cleaned up outside and left in just a couple of hours. Wonderful job.

We had Global Home Improvement replace our roof after Sandy. Deeling wth their sales was easier. The intallation went as planned.The workman ship was great. The job also was done without an issue. Work was compleated as promissed. Removed meteriels and and cleaned the site in and out. Over all Global is our home impovement vendor of choice. They gave us a life time warrenty for the roof. So far we do not have any problem.

We used Global this past summer to replace some damaged wood on the exterior of our house. We had some rotting wood and we started making phone calls. call after call, price after price, I was hitting a wall. Came across their number, and after the initial meeting, and measuring, we replaced the wood with Azak. Not only does it look amazing, it makes the whole back of the house look refreshed. We are planning to use them again to replace the wood on the rest of the house this spring. We are so very happy with the job Global has done, and Demytri (hope I spelled that right, if not, I'm SO SORRY), did a FANTASTIC job installing and teaching us about the damage in the rotted spots. We couldn't have asked to have found a better company for what we needed. It was stress free, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would recommend them to EVERYONE who could use their services!

I needed a complete new roof, My house still had cedar shake roof under 2 other layers of other roof. I needed all new plywood and some repairs to the structure they did the job very fast and cleaned up great. The price was in the same ball park as other companies, but I feel I got treated the best by them could not ask for more.

We had a new roof put on this past year and it was done very professionally, on schedule and close to budget. Our roof has a lot of angles and levels and it was amazing to watch the guys up on their ladders doing the work! We had been having some leaks and they did a great job fixing everything and replacing it with a beautiful new roof - haven't had a leak since! The general contractor was very good and kept us informed of the issues that led to some increased costs but it was all necessary work for a very old home, and the end product was well worth it!

From the time we first met with the sales rep to the very end of the project; the team were just great. They are prompt, reasonable, experienced, and most of all, they stand behind their work. We had a metal shingle roof installed and love the look; the durability and warranty. We did have a small problem but they resolved it quickly.

We recently had a shingle roof replaced on our lovely old house. The team at Global Home Improvement was very professional from start to finish. They scheduled the job promptly, did fast, efficient and professional work, even the clean up was flawless. And the roof is beautiful. It's obvious they care about what they do. I would use them again and highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Global Home Improvement for replacement windows. The product is fantastic. Our utility bills reduced quite a bit with only replacing the windows on half the house. Now that we've had them back to do the 2nd half of the house (so now all of our windows have been replaced)... we expect to see even more substantial savings. Our home faces due South and gets sun most of the day. Before the windows were replaced the rooms on the front of our house were HOT all day long. Now, I can sit at my dining room table in the middle of the day and it will be the same temperature as the basement family room. We also had a sliding glass door converted to a picture window... work was top notch.

Global installed a burgundy metal roof on our 100+ year old barn. Just after Hurricane Sandy had wreaked devastation that included the destruction of my roof Global came forward with a reasonable quote. They helped me work with my insurers and assisted me in selecting the perfect roof which included five huge 8 feet by 4 feet skylights. We are now the very proud owners of an antique barn that is well lighted all day long without electricity.
Global workers arrived on time, they put the roof with skylights, including much additional work to the roof, on time and on quote.
The roof is awesome and we regularly receive compliments throughout Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
I recommend them highly and without reservation.

We had a number of windows replaced by Global Home (Morristown) and was very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up. Now that the weather (and winds) is getting colder, we've noticed a substantial difference in the house - no more leaks and it's warmer in those rooms!

Global re-did the entire outside of our home replacing rotted beams and OSB with plywood. They put Hardie Board siding on the outside of our house along with replacing 2 windows and all our gutters and downspouts. Their workers showed up at 7am every morning 6 days a week and didn't leave till sundown. The work is very high quality. The company was a pleasure to deal with completing every task to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Global Home Improvement for any work that they do and would not hesitate to use them again.

I am very happy with the metal roof replacement on my colonial home's slightly pitched roofs. Vitale and his crew completed the work on time and were diligent in their attention to the finished look and the quality of their work. We also had them replace our gutters after last winter's ice storm.

New roof, soffits and facia. We got many many bids focusing on customer service, products levels, the project timelines, warranties, the workers, and the companies reputation. Of course the overall price had an influence as well. We would not only recommend Global Home Improvements to our friends and family but plan to use them for our upcoming window project as well.
