They deserve zero stars. My roof started leaking after seven years. Called them back to come and look at it and they would not come. Made an appointment but they never showed up. He was very rude on the phone when I told him my roof was leaking and that it was supposed to be a 40 year warranty. He said that’s material only. I said that’s fine. I still need it repaired. I’ve had someone come and repair it twice from other companies and it is still leaking. Now I’m getting quotes for a new roof after only nine years. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

I liked Philip, like many other reviewers, his knowledge, professionalism and personality sold us. They installed metal roofing, siding and windows on our home and outbuilding. I had no issues with the workmanship, price and cleanliness of the crews. The problem is that the metal roof had a leak in a transition seam from day 1, which only revealed itself during heavy downpours. Philip looked me in the eye upon my first service call out and assured me that he would resolve the leak. We called them out three different times from late 2019 (original installation was summer through early fall of 2019). They caulked, sprayed other material on the roof, but never fixed the issue. During a particularly hard downpour over a few days recently, the leak caused significant damage to our drywall ceiling. I reached out to Philip again, and got a text response stating he is no longer in the business, and will not provide any support to remedy this issue which he assured me he would champion to resolution. He pointed me to the manufacturer of the roofing material for help. After listening to my complaint against GLC, I was told by the very person he told me to contact at the roofing supply company that I wasnâ t the first customer to lodge a similar complaint against GLC , for the exact same reason. I understand that he does not have his former subcontractor who installed the roof anymore, and he stated to me that was why he no longer does metal roofing as a product offering. What I do not understand is why he would not use his vast experience and contacts to help me find a contractor to get my roof waterproof, which he promised me, with a smile and handshake, he would do. Buyer beware! Get it in writing from this guy, or be up the WET creek, like yours trulyâ ¦ Dave

Superior workmanship with quality materials and local professionals who have great reputations throughout the counties they work in. They have done metal roofs, custom windows, doors, trex decks and roof extension for me and transformed my home at fair prices. I wouldn't call anyone else for improvements.
