My coffee shop was broken into on March 13th, and my condo building forced me to work with this company to replace the broken window. First, the day of the break in they did NOT come to plug my window, so I had to hire someone else who charged me $400 to place a piece of plywood over the broken glass. After that, they took more than a month to come replace the window. Not that they did not try. They came TWICE with the wrong sized window, unplugged my door, tried the glass, failed, plugged it back, return. I lost business during that month as some event planners did not want to do business with a plywood plugged window. They finally changed it on April 13th, and they charged me $1500 for a window I paid less than $1000 (including the plug and done in a week) before. They seem busy enough to take a month to fix a window and rip off a small coffee shop struggling to survive in the current climate.

Great company that was able to price out my very custom broken lobby door for me. They were the only company that I found that was able to source the parts and get the ball rolling on the replacement door.
