I work for Lakeview Christian homes and Glass Doctor came to our calling right away and did a perfect job. I felt like I was driving with invisible glass. TJ helped me with everything I needed and was very friendly I would recommend them to anybody.

Decently priced and the patch/seal for my window’s crack was finished quickly (we were there about 30 minutes from start to finish).
I attached a before photo (with the blurry red dots in the back ground) and the after photo (blueish background).

We are extremely pleased with the Glass Doctor in Carlsbad. Our back pickup truck window was completely shattered and high winds were expected that day and the next. They went way out of their way to help us and fit us into their busy schedule. We were very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Glass Doctor in Carlsbad.

They were very fast, efficient, friendly, let me know everything that was going on. I was there maybe 15 to 20 minutes and they had completed the job. It looks great. You can’t even really tell that there was a chip. I am very impressed.

Carlsbad is fortunate to have then Glass Doctor in their city. We were traveling around Texas and New Mexico from Maryland, and we got caught in a wind/sand storm in the Guadalupe Mountains. The wind was extreme and kicked up rocks that knocked out two side windows on our van. We drove into Carlsbad and called the Glass Doctor. T.J. was extremely kind and told us to come on into the shop. Even though they were busy with scheduled customers, the team immediately tried to find replacement windows for us. When it was clear that it would take 10 days for the windows to be delivered, they went to work on the van and patched the windows up for us with cardboard/tape/plastic sheet. They had us back on the road in less than an hour. We safely drove from Carlsbad back home to Maryland with the work done by the Glass Doctor team. Everyone at the Glass Doctor was courteous, professional and clearly cares about customer safely. Thanks so much to everyone at Glass Doctor who made our trip home possible.

Glass Doctor of Carlsbad was professional from start to finish! My husband and I got caught in a wind storm and had our back window blown out. Glass Doctor was our first call and things went so well, they were our only call. Technician Justin was knowledgeable and professional over the phone and was able to quickly identify the glass needed for the repair. He had it delivered on the overnight shipment and booked us an appointment for the next morning. Our experience at the shop was easy, professional, and comfortable. Shop owner TJ was very welcoming and kind while his technicians fixed our window good as new. Overall GREAT experience!

Encountered delays on glass availability for my f150 from other companies. Glass Doctor of Carlsbad NM sourced my glass, installed it the next day and had better prices than any other company. 11/10 recommend them for all glass needs.

Got 4 stars out of 5. The glass Dr replaced my windshield on my Jeep Gladiator, replaced it relatively fast, but upon completion they did scratch my jeep down to the paint BUT for some reason Noone from the Glass Dr had the accountability to report the damage before I picked it up. Which it's ok because the Glass Dr made it right and took care of the damages, so he took action to ensure his business to remain professional, GARANTEED his customer satisfaction. That's my experience. Would had 5 stars but I'm honest. Next windshield I need will be here for sure.. mistakes happen but you are in great hands with this business.

They were able to get me an appointment pretty fast. They were very friendly and polite. When it got busy they called and let us know the progress and offered to deliver it back to us when it was done. That was nice of them, we picked it up but the offer showed how much they value customers. Thank you for the great experience!

I had traveled from Houston to Artesia in my VW and gotten a chip on the road. By the time I got here it spread all the way into my line of vision. I submitted an inquiry in the website, got a follow up call within 24 hours, they were able to order the windshield for my car and set me up with a time to put it in.
