Mason was extremely professional and did a great job! Definitely recommend Carlsbad Heating and cooling! They had to order a part, said it would be 7 to 10 days but were back in 3 and had the part installed and my AC up and running within a couple hours!

Carlsbad Heating and Cooling was able to come to our home the day we called them. They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave us a fair quote (with options on pricing), and repaired our AC in one day. They were respectful and we would recommend them to anyone!

Joined The Cool Club today with Carlsbad Heating and Cooling for our home. They came recommended by a coworker.
First visit was a spring inspection! It came with a few recommendation's for the future work. But over all unit looks great. Friendly and informative technician-thank you for your time Marcus and Mason. Call their team - lots of cool bonus items being a member! Knock on wood -if the system goes done - our home will have priority for repairs over non members during busy hours. Price is fair to join.

Prompt, professional and efficient service provided by Marcus and his staff. Our heater went out during an evening of one of our coldest days. Marcus showed up the following morning, didn't have the part our unit needed, but provided a temporary fix to get us through while the part arrived. A couple of weeks later his guys installed the replacement part with ease. Thank you for such great service!

Best service in town. Very Professional, great troubleshooting, Serviceman let's you know exactly what is going on and how he intends to fix it. I highly recommend Carlsbad Heating & Cooling.

They were quick and efficient, did an amazing job. We had them set up an HVAC system in a shop that we are now using for dog boarding and everyone was very gentle and kind to the dogs that we currently had staying with us.

Through no fault of their own, it took a week to get our heater fixed. The part needed took 3-5 working days to get the part. Of course, it was a holiday weekend so it was delayed. The following week, the part arrived on a Tuesday and Marcus came out after dark that night and got the heat going rather quickly. Very pleasant fellow. Will use them again. In fact, my SIL needs their services so we’ll be calling soon.

Carlsbad Heating and Cooling installed two heat pump units and their corresponding air handling units into my residence. From start to finish they were both helpful and professional. They delivered on their promised units, at the quoted price and, the ageed on schedule. I highly recommend their service.

The guys did a fantastic job. On time, friendly and professional. They had some very good recommendations for upgrading the air-conditioning unit, which I followed up on. I would highly recommend Marcus and his helper any time. Great people and great service ! Will definitely call them for any future issues.
I called them another time, for a completely different issue. This time some wires had shorted out. And had had arced out on the copper tabbing that held the coolant. This caused the coolant to completely leak out. Marcus came out on a Saturday morning and repaired it all in about an hour and a half by himself. He did a great job. My experience with Carlsbad Heating and Cooling has ranged over the last two years and has been positive. This very windy and gusty January day, they installed a new HVAC unit to replace my almost 25 year old which given out. From ordering to installation- less than two weeks! Sean and his team were on time and completed the install on my roof in less than 4 hours. From the initial meeting Sean explained the process and alerted me what to expect. On install day, it was quite the production and they met every challenge, including constantly recovering wind toppled tools and items off the roof! Loving the new unit! Thank you Sean, Marcus, and the rest of your team in making this a stressful free process from beginning to end!

We.have been using Marcus for the last 3 years and we have always been happy
We installed a new HVAC and Marcus was going to add vents in the kitchen
and the great room. We have always had issues wth being comfortable in our house, too cold in the winter and to hot in the summer. We decide to have the ducting in the kitchen and great room replaced and we are so glad we did. The ducting was very old, but it was done wrong and took Marcus and.his assistant many more hours than was planned.The ducting should have been a straight shot, but it curved and had the wrong size ducting. It was a mess, but once Marcus and his assistant were done our house properly heats and couldn't and you can actual feel the flow from the vent which we couldn't do before. We need to have more ducting checked and probably replaced.

We called a couple of places to inquire about purchasing and installing a REME Halo LED and Carlsbad Cooling & Heating knew what we were talking about.  They came out to look at our downdraft system and then sent us a quote.  Marcus also talked about putting in a water cutoff valve on the system in the house and only charged us for the part because he was already working on our system.  Then when he was under the house he found one of our lines was leaking air so he tapped it up, and they noticed one of our lines in the house wasn't insulated enough so they reinsulated and taped it up. The way our system is installed makes it difficult to work under the house where they had to install the Halo. We were very happy with the job that was done and the attention to detail.  We highly recommend Carlsbad Cooling & Heating.
