Not enough can be said about how happy I am with the job done by Robert. If you want quality workmanship and going above and beyond, then Robert is definitely your man. He used a two man crew, which may take longer than the normal roofers in the area, but whatever is given in time, is made up for in quality. I would use Robert again in a heartbeat, he talks you through everything, is genuinely a good person, and honest as they come. He was able to not only create a new roof for me, but was able to remove a door and balcony that was a bad idea from the builder in the first place, and create a window with a new roof sloping away from it, which aesthetically is much more appealing.
His prices are competitive with others in the area, but you get so much more than just a roof replacement. You get peace of mind knowing that you hired a craftsman who takes pride in his work to provide quality repairs to a place where you live and raise your family. They don't make men like Robert anymore who take their time to do the job right and will go the extra mile to ensure you are beyond satisfied with their work. I have never had a contractor that I would stand behind their work 100%, but Robert is definitely one that I would. Thank you again Robert for the amazing work done on my home.

Bob Gerring replaced the gutter on the back of my house and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Bob is a craftsman, licensed in residential construction. I won't hesitate to call him for help or advice on any exterior home problem I might encounter. I highly recommend Gerring Construction.

We reached out to Mr. Gerring to assist with some work on our roof. He responded very quickly, took time to thoroughly discuss the work that needed to be done and followed that up with a contract. All work was completed timely and as quoted.

Had a tree fall on one side of my house. Hired Mr Gerring and what a pleasant surprise. His response time was outstanding. He was always willing to answer any questions and made suggestions on hot to improve things. He was very reasonably priced. His crew and him showed when they said they would and were very professional. His workmanship was outstanding. I did appreciate the time they took to make sure it all lined up and fit properly. Even overheard a conversation were something looked good and one of his guys asked how they can make it better. Will hire Mr Gerring and his crew again if needed. Tha k you.
