Hello, my name is Lyn. I saw two small leak spots on my interior ceiling. The roofing company my insurance company referred me to went out of business. I had to take the necessary preventive measures before the issue got worse due to more rain coming in the next few days.Thank God per my Google search, I came across Georgia Roof Care!!! They were listed on both Thumbtack and Nextdoor.

I spoke directly with Austin. I explained my issue and the fact that the other roofing companies that came out claimed it was a good idea to use a sealant, but they did not do that type of work.
I was able to make an appointment with Austin right away. He came out the next day. He arrived promptly. He checked all my interior ceilings. He saw the leak spots and went on the roof FULLY prepared to do the job. Austin explained everything to me as he did the work. He not only used a sealant, but he went the extra mile to take other preventive measures so things are fasten down pretty good and safe on my roof without causing any further damage.

Working with Austin was a great experience while dealing with a really tough and stressful situation. As a single woman, I not only felt heard, but I also felt safe working with Austin and him being in my home. Austin is honest, trustworthy, prepared, and most of all he gets the job done! He provided pics prior to doing any work as well as afterwards. He thoroughly explained the issues and what he could do about it before he began the job. He is a professional who is kind, courteous, on time, considerate, careful... and need I say more how great he is when it comes to the important details of getting the job done RIGHT and completed it in a timely fashion.
He also inspected and made sure my gutters were thoroughly cleaned out. I was more than happy to pay him, especially for the peace of mind I finally received.
