Gebhardt Development built my new home and I had a great experience working with them. I can not say enough good things about their family business. They truly care about quality, communication, budgets and making dreams come true. It was a fun and exciting process throughout. I would highly recommend putting your dreams in their hands!!!

Gebhardt Development is absolutely top notch in every aspect. Their communication would be our first compliment. We lived almost 2 hours away from construction and they always answered phone calls, text messages and were always accommodating to when we could be there. Our build was not the easiest to access as the road was rough. They never had a problem with supplies getting there in a timely manner and never once complained. They are very knowledgeable and had great ideas to solve any situation. They always called with any questions and we trusted them completely to make decisions if we couldn’t be there. Their subs were also amazing, communicating through the whole process and finished with something to be proud of. Our house is absolutely beautiful and we enjoy everything about it! If we ever get the privilege to build again, Gebhardt would be our very first call.
