What would've been a great experience, ended up being a bit disappointing at the end as the technician deliberately misquoted me. I called GDR as I couldn't close my garage door. The technician came same day, replaced the motor and serviced the garage door, quoted $1000. After finishing, garage door works great, and he showed me how to maintain it. Seconds before paying, he advised it would cost an extra $100 for GST, a bit disappointing he deliberately did not mention this so I'd agree to the job.

I contacted the company to have a technician to check why my garage door wasn’t opening. The technician gave me a call back to help troubleshoot the issue prior coming in. He was so patient on the phone and had clear instructions on how to trouble shooting the issue. Following his steps the garage door started working again!! Thank You soo much!! Saved me heaps! I hope you guys get some well deserved blessings your way~! Kwen

I oversee Maintenance coordination with a local Property Management company have used GDR to complete just about any project you can imagine- roof snow removal, shoveling, bathroom remodels, wood, tile and carpet flooring, drywall, interior and exterior paint and stain, countertop replacement, full on entire home remodels, trex install on decks, fixture installment, sink installment, roof work and heat tape. They even did my own kitchen backslash which I get complimented on regularly and I chose a very difficult glass tile which most companies would prefer not to cut or install. I've worked with a lot of contractors and some are good at one or two things but that crew has a pro in every field so they are perfect to call for absolutely any project. 10/10 recommend, you will not regret it.

Outstanding quality of work and very pleasant to work with. Extremely accommodating and professional. What we liked best were the recommendations and the expertise of design which enhanced the quality of the entire project for two bathroom remodels. We did put in add-on's including closet barn doors that were just stunning and exceeded expectation. Above all, very trustworthy!!
