Isaac's crew was awesome, carport is wonderful we love it and many neighbors have came by to comment good things about the carport and how it made a wonderful upgrade to our property.
Issac also always responded and answered when I message or called good communication.

Garcia & Sons Construction replaced my hail damaged siding & gutters. The crew went above & beyond repairing & replacing it & the rotted wood above my garage door. The will definitely use them the next time I need work done. Thank you guys so much!

Attacks you personally and puts your name and address up on FB if you dare to say you are unpleased with their work. The first picture was taken this morning. 2 months after the roof was put up, and it is being ripped apart. He is licensed, but his workers are NOT, and he doesn't feel responsible for their work. He was NOT present while construction was going on, and informs me that he doesn't have to be. It is ugly, has code violations, and is falling apart already. His invoice stated he would install new pipe jacks and vents. The pipe jacks and vents on the roof according to an inspector are "hail damaged." Claims to have a 3 year warranty, but refuses to give it to you in writing. We paid him a total of 36000 for this and some other projects. He got paid. That is all that matters to him. If the roof caves in on my family, so be it.

Hired for a big clean out / demolition job and to lay a new concrete slab patio. Customer Service was great and always answered his phone for questions if i had any.

Our family has used Isaac’s company, Garcia and Sons Roofing and Building Contractors for multiple projects from roofing, building, and concrete work. Isaac has always either met or exceeded our expectations. We will call Isaac first for our future projects.

Kept saying he would be here tomorrow to do a small job but never would show up. 4 weeks later he is still saying he will be here, even though the inspection deadline set was 2 days ago. Dont trust it. Just going to do it my self at this point, tired of the empty promises.

Started my roof the beginning of July. It still isn't finished. Isaac Garcia the owner had told me multiple times he would come finish it. I've been waiting 5 months. He won't respond to my texts or calls anymore. They asked for payment and said it was done and I believed them. Shouldn't have. Took the money and won't finish it. I have texts and recorded phone calls to show how many times he's said he will come get it done but never shows up. Do not use them. It's been a terrible experience. Black tar is dripping off every edge. Looks terrible and messy. Very unprofessional.
