Had a great experience with Ridge Roofing. Their pricing was incredibly competitive and they were easy to work with. They kept to their own dates and times - which can sometimes be hard with a contractor and they were courteous, professional and thorough, not just with the install but with the clean up as well. Would definitely recommend.

Huge dust storm blew a handful of shingle off my roof. I was going out of town in a few days and had no time to work an insurance claim. Derrick came out on a Sunday (the following day of when I had called) to give me a very fair estimate. He came out on Monday morning and fixed my shingles for a pretty affordable price. Very professional and I highly recommend. Thanks for the help Derrick!

Derrick Mignard and his crew are a pleasure to do business with. They re-roofed both of my houses last year and I couldn't be happier. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner for a fair and reasonable cost. They provided me with a written estimate for both houses, which I was able to submit to my insurance company, which covered the cost of repairing hail damage to both homes. Once the check was approved, Ridge Roofing started the work and both houses were re-roofed in about 4 days. The folks at Ridge Roofing (Derek and his fellas) are lifesavers! We just moved to Portales from Missouri. The whole move was snake-bit... until we called Ridge Roofing. They saved the day, and saved the move. I won't waste anyone's time with the fiascos that occurred in Missouri or on the road. At about three hours from our arrival in Portales with two loaded moving vehicles, we were notified that the pre-scheduled truck unloaders canceled on us. We tried calling other movers, but could not get anyone to take a job in Portales. We looked for temporary labor services, but no one would go to Portales. It was the same story when we called junk removal companies, home improvement stores, yard mowers, etc. In fact, most people did not even answer the phone. It was raining that day, and we thought hard about who would not be able to work in the rain. We called Ridge Roofing. No, they were not roofing in the rain; and, yes, his staff did want hours. They met us at our new address and they unloaded the trucks. They were gentle with our belongings. They were respectful, and they listened to and followed directions. They were good with my dog. They smiled, they worked, they made the entire day better. When the rain broke, they went on the roof and took a look around. They stated it was in very good shape. So, they were honest on top of everything else! They told us about restaurants, shopping, and points of interest to Portales, but they never quit working. When the roof does need repair or replacing, the only company I will call will be Ridge Roofing. They sincerely earned my loyalty.

They did a excellent job on my ruff! They were there when they said they would be, super nice, cleaned up very well after done. And got it completely in a timely manner. Love my new ruff it looks great. Would recommend! And they have a great warranty.
