Gale Rew built our MIL addition. They built exactly what we envisioned and made it look like it was always part of our home. Kevin is excellent to work with, he was quick to answer all of our questions and explained everything along the way. Highly recommend.

The team at Gale-Rew was amazing to work with on my bathroom remodel. Amy-Lynne has great design ideas, was respectful of my budget, and was incredibly responsive. I felt very taken care of and felt confident in their work. I have two more projects planned for my home and look forward to working with Gale-Rew again.

We had them replace our flooring. Amy-Lynne was spot on for color choices for the carpets and laminate. Communication was good. We knew what to expect every step of the way. Workers arrived on time and were courteous and cheerful. Fortunately there were no unexpected issues and project came in right on budget. Would definitely hire them again.

Definitely recommend Gale-Rew Construction. From the first meeting with their project manager to the final project walk through they were easy to work with, efficient, timely and provided top notch craftmanship. Their subcontractors were amazing. Very happy with finished project and use them again for our next remodel.

We have hired Gale-Rew on two remodels and have had a very positive experience with both. AmyLynne, Pam, James, Kim, and Vlad are exceptional to work with. They are knowledgeable about their jobs and strive to make their customers happy. If something needs to be changed or fixed we felt very comfortable letting them know. AmyLynne had great design ideas. They responded quickly to our e-mails, texts and phone calls. I would definitely recommend Gale-Rew to friends, family - well pretty much everybody. A job well done. We love our new living room and kitchen

We worked with Gale-new to replace the deck on our town home. The project went very smoothly. The Gale-Rew staff was very professional providing excellent design work and guidance regarding the best solutions during each phase of construction. The communication was excellent through out the project. The project was completed on-time and under budget which is very much appreciated. The resulting new deck is more than we hoped for.

I would give zero stars if I could. I hired Gale Rew to do a bathroom remodel…they went $20K over budget without addressing it with me beforehand, Subcontractors did a horrible job on every aspect of my remodel…especially the tile, large areas of tile that were from a different stock and clearly looked different…they offered to redo it but at that point my trust and confidence in them was gone. It took them 8 months to do a bathroom remodel, 8 months of people in my home, mess and frustration. They framed the bathroom incorrectly (which I was the one to notice)….just mistake after mistake. I went through item by item and found $1000 of mistakes/overcharges. DO NOT USE THEM for anything.

We spoke with the estimator about an addition onto our current home. We then paid a sizeable fee to work with their design team to create a floor plan that would work with our home and family. Once we had arrived at a final design, that design was then to be returned to the estimator and he was supposed to give us a bid on the project. Months went by without a bid. Any communication was initiated by us with promises to get back. The last communication was in response to a text from us. He gave me a "ballpark" figure over the phone and promised a written bid in two days. That was 7 months ago, and we never heard from him again.

My boyfriend and I are currently building our custom home with Gale Rew. So far, we have had very good customer service and are very pleased. We are so excited for the final result! Amy Lynne and the team have been the best to work with! Communication is fast and on point. They have worked with us and address all questions and concerns we have had. Thank you!

I had their estimator come out to get a bid on an addition to my house. Said he would get back to me soon. Never heard back from him. Called and left repeated messages for him, still no reply. I will tell everyone I know this. If you're not interested in giving someone a bid at least return their calls and let them know.

I strongly recommend NOT buying a house from these guys. As soon as they get their money they turn their back on you. I will never buy from them again. I was told that a drainage issue was not their problem even though they knew about it prior to us moving in (also noted on the inspection report). Also, was told that if I had not purchased the home then they would have fixed it. This is just one of many issues. Don't buy from these guys!

Gale Rew has been working with us on a large Home project and we couldn’t help but feel this company is as great as they come. We’ve been working with Sean and he has been phenomenal. He’s taken time to answer all of our questions, meet up with us after hours to go over anything we need, he always has a honest answer for us even if it’s not what we want to hear, follows through with his word and never makes excuses - he just finds a solution. We couldn’t ask for a more trustworthy and professional guy to handle our project. Thank you Sean and everyone at Gale Rew

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
