We contacted them in November for a quote of a leaking roof and installing hood vent in the kitchen and bathroom. It took them several weeks to even start, then they stored all kinds of equipment such as ladders, generators, propane tanks, extra roofing materials (even after they no longer needed the equipment or items) around the property. The first few weeks they had a small crew then quickly it dropped down to one man when they realized they were spending too much on labor for the job.
By December we had several new leaks throughout the house. They were quick to respond to emails and try to mitigate any potential damage at first, but after a few calls it was clear that we were no longer a priority. The first time we contacted them at approx. 11pm stating we had several buckets filling up through the house. A man came out, brought a pump and worked hard to clear the pond on the roof (that man was amazing, this was the only good experience from dealing with the company.) But by the 4th or 5th call it was clear that they were unable to do anything about it.
There would be days of work then weeks without any progress. We understood that the weather was making the work harder than normal and tried to be patient through the long gaps of no work. By mid-January we sent emails asking about multiple clogged roof drains they had covered over, and they said they were waiting on shipping for parts (the flashing), and that they had scheduling with roto rooter to inspect the drains however they never scheduled roto rooter or any other plumbing service to come out.
The process left large muddy drips on windows and the sides of house, nails and scrap metal pieces left all over the yard and driveway. There are sections of the new roof material that hang below the flashing. In March we noticed the equipment had suddenly gone and that we hadn’t seen anyone for a few days, so we contacted them via email and phone. A week later we got an email saying they would have a worker come out to do a walk through of services and update the original contract to reflect work done and clean up from the work performed. They did send out a guy who seemed confused as to why he was there in the first place and did an “inspection” on the seems of the TPO material, saying that everything looked fine, then packed up what tools he brought, and the last couple large items left behind. Now they won’t return our calls or emails. I have found over 50+ nails, scrap metal, and piles of rock that used to be on the roof around our home, and we find more debris every day.
We received an email saying they couldn’t unclog the drains, but they would help us with that project for an additional price. They decided to cover the drains that were clogged without consulting us first. They also decided to not complete adding a vent to the bathroom, even though we had discussed it.
We were contacted by the city stating the company never closed out the roofing permit or scheduled the final inspection. We’ve tried contacting about the permit and requested their statement for our insurance claim, but now It’s been over a month they won’t return our calls, emails, company has refused all contact. The repairs look massively rushed yet took 4 months, and we are afraid it wont pass inspection at this point.

Unprofessional. Parked their truck right in a throughway. No marker lights; no four-ways, and no cones. Once they eventually noticed that I was stuck behind them, one of the employees just waved his hands at me repeatedly. They looked rushed and reckless. I would avoid this company unless you have good insurance and like to personally oversee your contractors!

Awesome business! New home owner and had concerns with our roof! The owner came out and did a consultation. Luckily we have a littlee time before a need to replace our roof! He is our go to roof guy!!!!
