Great job. They also put a new roof on my tuff shed last year. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Frontier Roofing replaced the composite roof on our manufactured home in Leavenworth. We could not be happier with the service.

They were flexible on scheduling, and then completed the job very quickly. They replaced the sheething and trim that needed replacing, added metal flashing where it was missing before, added metal into valleys, and overall showed a lot of care for detail. They also sent us detailed photo documentation on all the work that was done. The price was very reasonable. Frontier even took care of the LNI inspection, and they left the place cleaner than it was before. I would certainly use their service again and recommend them to anyone.

I strongly recommend against using this company for roofing your house. My brand new home was built in 2019 and the roof leaked during construction. It leaked the year after Construction and again the year after. They kept coming up with excuses even had us install heat tape on the home to prevent the leakage which just caused it to leak more. They then had their attorney send me the homeowner a letter saying that it is not the roof that is leaking in the water is coming from somewhere else well this is not true the roof is leaking I've had three other roofers up that have said that it is the wrong material. I suppose I will have to bring up a lawsuit.
Update August 2022:
Well I would have loved to update this to say that Frontier Roofing has made good on the roof. Unfortunately, they just passed me on to their insurance company which has been no help after months of correspondence. We have given them every opportunity possible to make this right. Unfortunately because I need a roof for winter I had to have somebody else do it. Upon inspection it was found that the roof was installed improperly with screw holes through many of the seams penetrating the membrane underneath. Some of Them Crooked or with heads missing. No caulking on the flashing. So they use the wrong material and installed it improperly, took my money and destroyed my house on the inside over the course of 3 years of denying there was a problem!

*update Nov 2022. Frontier still is unwilling to make good on all their mistakes. I am now part of a legal dispute in which is costing me even more money and wasting even more time for everyone die to thier incompetence.

*update May 2023. Frontier still not owning up to thier shoddy work. Still involved in dispute.

We recently decided to reroof our home to compliment our new siding. We called Frontier Roofing upon a recommendation from our contractor. Frontier Roofing was responsive and got the job done very quickly. Showed up on time and made sure we were satisfied before they left. They came in and got the job done within a few days. I would highly recommend them and did! My sister and brother-in-law got their roof done too!

Service questions

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
