When I went on his page, there was a plethora of information freely given to help understand what all you’re getting into. David’s website was filled with generous information about what to look for and expect in a good home inspection. There were multiple videos on his page for us visual learners that walked you through the basic key points of a home inspection. He took his time inspecting our house and worked diligently as if he himself were moving in. The very detailed report came out that same day just hours later!!! I would highly recommend his company to any and everyone!!!

David Dew! What a honest and kind man. He was very detailed about every aspect of the house I’m purchasing. His report also had pictures along with notes so you could see exactly what he was talking about. It was about a 3 hr process and then walked me back through from top to bottom showing me what needed to done if anything. There prices were reasonable and fair. David was VERY thorough, very knowledgeable and personable, and was super patient as I walked with him through pretty much the entire inspection asking questions. He didn't claim to know EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING (though he seemed to know MORE THAN ENOUGH about NEARLY everything), which actually reassured me that the things he said were accurate! It was actually really interesting to see him put together "clues" to build an entire picture about the home. He seemed like a down-to-earth, "real" guy who likes his job and does a great job at it!

For my first time needing a home inspector, I googled home inspectors near me and Freedom Home was near the top of the list. Knowing nothing more about inspections or the process, I called and spoke to David. He was very informative, courteous, and prompt with an appointment the very next day, due to the home being auctioned. He spent over 4 hours onsite and provided me with an inspection report 100 pages long that very evening!!! Needless to say, his report scared me away from the house and I was so thankful I didn't ruin mine and my childrens lives by pursuing it!! I knew nothing about home inspectors/inspections when I picked the phone up, but I hit the jackpot on the first try.
